Just buy a new one it's less hassle
In short, without relaying the full ins and outs of the frankly farcical experience, I regret taking out a repair plan and dread ever having to contact them again. It took a month for them to finally repair my washer. With the cost of the plan, the cost to use a laundrette several times, while my washer was out of action, unnecessarily missing time off work due to them missing prerarranged appointments, plus turning down work to be in when they do turn up, I could have purchased a new one and saved myself the hassle. Would not recommend and would not purchase a plan again. Completely disorganised and unprofessional.
