What a cracking team. This was my 3rd car from these guys and the best experience yet. All I asked was done. Very professional indeed. New sales manager lovely guy Spurs fan tho, I have loads of respect for him as he could have supported Man U or Liverpool. I think I’m one of the last people to have a new Ford Focus and I love mine. I was looked after by Arvind and this guy did everything for me. So kind,polite and a pleasure to be with. As a sales team you deserve a lot of credit,always a pleasure and always a smile and kind words. Thanks a million Mike.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Picked up car on Saturday and it was presented in a really nice condition with paintwork touched in as agreed. Satnav required card which was due in Wednesday. Unfortunately this didn't happen and it took several emails and calls to finally get one about 2 weeks later. The service history took about the same time. A door speaker failed and I'm still waiting for an update. Had a nice email asking how things were going the day a wheel sensor failed which was ironic.
No reply to either problem so I gave up and did the wheel sensor myself and I'll leave the speaker till the summer. Its not what you expect from a main dealer leaving me feeling like they had the money and walked away. Glad I didn't take the extended warranty as I saved money there.

Scam Company. Do you investigation before buying
This was my first fora into used cars in the the UK and it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Brought a used AudI Q2 from them, ford Merthyr tydfil to be exact based on a friend's recommendation. Actually had to drive 140 miles to pick the car myself as they do not have Car drop service. Frankly i was easy to have all the papers signed. The dude assured me my papers will be in the post with 2 weeks. Its been 5 months! What was most frustrating is that the car started developing issues. Frequent calls to customer's service gave me assurances that it would be resolved in 48 hrs. Been on this now since August 2025!! Sincerely, I think they are more of a scam company now than anything credible.
