Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Picked up car on Saturday and it was presented in a really nice condition with paintwork touched in as agreed. Satnav required card which was due in Wednesday. Unfortunately this didn't happen and it took several emails and calls to finally get one about 2 weeks later. The service history took about the same time. A door speaker failed and I'm still waiting for an update. Had a nice email asking how things were going the day a wheel sensor failed which was ironic.
No reply to either problem so I gave up and did the wheel sensor myself and I'll leave the speaker till the summer. Its not what you expect from a main dealer leaving me feeling like they had the money and walked away. Glad I didn't take the extended warranty as I saved money there.
