Ordered vitamins over 2.5 weeks ago ! Still hasn’t been shipped. This is incredibly slow. They definitely need to work on their shipping and logistics if they want repeat customers.

After 6 months and constant delays on…

After 6 months and constant delays on the products purchase to arrive. Still not sign of the product neither a refund. Even I have followed their process.

Loyalty means nothing so disappointed

I have used this company for years never had a problem, bit buti am still waiting for an order I made in Sept, and being told to wait till the 16th of November and if nothing arrives to then get back In contact for a refund is a joke, apparently problems with airmail and then promised I would get my item from their “UK Warehouse” which again never happened, if you have a UK warehouse why does it need to be airmailed to me, prices have doubled as well so you would think they would ensure that thier service is better, as a returning customer I understand things go wrong from time to time but feel I was just being led along either they have no stock or business is not as good as it once was. Telling me my money is safe with them when I asked for refund is not good enough you are not a bank I donmt need you to look after my money just send what I paid for, Hopefully I get my y delivery before Christmas

Order never received

Order never received. Told to wait 60 days before I can get refund. Ordered 2nd September 2025, told to wait 60 days for refund. That would be 2 November and still not arrived to date 1st November 2025.

Used this company for over a decade but…

Used this company for over a decade but not only had my latest order more than doubled in price but after 2 months it still never arrived. Usually it would arrive within day. They are blaming shipping telling everyone to wait 60 days before they will ship (ship out what wasn’t shipped in the first place by sounds of it).
New management or something I’m guessing but it’s not reliable anymore
Ordered 18 august but as of 20th October nothing has been delivered

Orders are only about 60% successfully…

Orders are only about 60% successfully delivered. When ive asked them can they resend a product that hasn't turned up they just say wait longer ive waited 6 months for one of my orders so it ain't turning up and no refund offered, ive seen many reviews saying the same thing and its a shame as they used to be reliable.

was using this company for many years, however over the past few months, several deliveies have no arrived, some times I had to chase up on tickets raised and then told to wait 60 days before any refund would be given, really good service but unfortunately no longer using due to the experience over the past few months.

Didn’t receive pills which I asked for…

Didn’t receive pills which I asked for in July and needed them before September for my wedding which ruined the way I wanted wedding to be like . I was told they may take month or so nothing but told can take longer which was too late and then still never turned up weeks later ! Very disappointed as needed those bits to help me train to look great for my wedding which I didn’t get to my goal . Very disappointing
