Excellent company, been using on and off for few years. Never any issues, but I am a loyal customer... always get confirmation and dispatch emails. Items take approximately a week to deliver from overseas. Excellent value too! Not sure why people have had issues....it's up to you to keep your own details safe and protect yourself from fraud.

Don't believe everything you read in one star reviews, been using these guys for years now. Also use Century Supplements with no issues. Most companies out of UK use WorldPay, it's up to you to take necessary precautions when online shopping. Occasionally items have been lost in post over the years, always had a refund. Will continue to use for many years to come

Ordered 10 days ago. Got confirmation email immediately, nothing since so slightly suspicious. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Tried the telephone number on the email confirmation, but went straight to some sort of answering service that transfers you to a message box. But the message box is full. No surprise there! No address or any other details on their website. Can't find their company registered anywhere since it was apparently dissolved in 2020 ( if this is the same Contact Lenses Direct)
This company has obviously folded or never existed. REPORTED to Action Fraud in hope that they are investigated. I urge every one else to do the same.
