I have now been a member of Trinity since August 24. I have lost nearly three stone since I started plus really toned up. Feel much stronger and fitter. Have a far better understanding of how the menopause and hormonal changes affects your body as you get older and why it is harder to keep weight off. There is a really good support group in Trinity and I find the weekly group coaching sessions really useful. Would really recommend.
Getting unstuck after breast cancer
I joined Trinity about 6 months ago having completed two years of breast cancer treatment. My chemo had left me feeling weak and depleted and having had a double mastectomy my confidence was at an all time low.
Six months on I feel like a different person. Whilst I can’t change the scars or my lack of breasts I have grown to accept my new body and feel so much better for feeling strong and well again. Trinity has helped me to make intentional food choices that I can sustain and that fuel my exercise, and to build my strength through resistance training that I can do from home. There’s an amazing sense of community if you want to engage with the many other amazing women on the program, and my wonderful coach Laura has guided me with kindness and compassion throughout.
If you’ve finished cancer treatment and are feeling stuck or struggling to know how to move forward, then I can’t recommend Trinity more highly. I didn’t join to lose weight (they’re very good at that too) but to get ‘unstuck’ and to give myself the guardrails to start looking forward again.

I love the workouts because I can do them at home without having to go into a gym, which is an absolute game changer for me. What is not to love about the Trinity Programme! From the community of fantastic women just like me, to the wonderful team who give you the skills and knowledge to transform- I cannot recommend Trinity enough. And really, I had tried everything - Cambridge, WW, special K , Atkins the lot. And none of those taught me the lifelong skills to a healthy post 40 lifestyle. Huge thanks go Simone who's been helping me as a coach, she's been getting just the right mix of discipline and praise to keep me going.
Life changing help,
Coaching is really good and I’ve lost almost 10kg ( another 20 to go). Webinars are helpful and the workouts are doable: no mad jumping about. It does require some discipline but the community really helps with and challenges set by the coaches adds incentives. It’s not a quick fix ( because they don’t exist ) but if you want to make new life changing habits, then this is the thing to do it. I can climb to top floors of car parks now, and my overall fitness has improved hugely. I’m pulling clothes out that I haven’t worn since 2017 and it’s so good to know that I can actually do this after years of not being able to.

I’ve been a member for nearly 2 years and without doubt it has been the best investment in me. Last weekend I attended the kickstart event in Walsall - we had great weights’ coaching on the Saturday and Sunday was set aside for coming up with goals for 2026….we all need a reset - it’s not about being perfect but how to cope when things feel tough.
Our challenges keep us all on track and accountable whilst improving our health and outlook. One of the best things is belonging to a group where we can share insight but where we are all typically in the same boat…. Stress, pressure, menopause, aging parents, bereavement we are not alone.

I’ve been a member of Trinity Transformation for 13 months now - in that time I’ve lost 18kg and now stabilised my weight loss - all through the support of the programme and the excellent coaching team.
It took me a long time to actually sign up as I am a bit sceptical of anything online - but it is a genuine programme with great content, guidance, support and expertise, plus a active community of members who support each other.
I really like the workouts / strength training and during the weight loss I never felt I was starving myself or missing out on things I enjoyed. Now I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than I have in many years.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be - just go for it!
Excellent program
Excellent program. I wasn’t sure whether it would be worth the money and whether I needed a coach. It is definitely worth the money. You get access to a load of resources and a great community and my coach Laura has been fantastic and has been a huge support and gives loads of useful advice and encouragement.
Trinity Team provide brilliant guidance
The Trinity Team have been absolutely marvellous. Natasha, my coach gives great advice on diet and exercise on a regular proactive basis. Nothing is too much trouble. I am in my mid fifties, and weighed 9 stone at the outset, which doesn't sound a lot, but when you are only 5ft, makes you feel and look puffy. My aim is to reach 8 stone 2lbs within twelve to sixteen weeks, nothing too drastic. With Natasha's help, I have managed to curb my cravings for junk food with simple food swaps. I am a natural born couch potato, who hates exercise, yet am finding the workouts provided by Rob and his team easier to do than expected. You do have to put in the effort into the workouts about three times per week, but low impact fitness training is gentler and very effective on toning you up. I've only been on the programme, for just over 4 weeks now, and have lost 5lbs. It's a slow but steady approach. The Trinity Transformation Team cannot be more supportive. If you wish to join, be prepared that Yaz or one of the team will ask you lots of tough questions to make sure you are ready to commit to the programme. It was a bit daunting. However, they do this because they want you to succeed. For me, that first call was the hardest. But I am so glad I joined. It's early days yet, but I feel a lot better already. My main goal is to be healthier in both eating habits, and doing gentle exercise on a permanent basis. I will provide a further update in a few weeks' time to let you know the outcome.

I'm over the moon to be awarded this prize. It's been a long journey to get here, but I'm feeling fitter and healthier than I did in my 30s.
I know this is a review for Trinity, but I think learning a bit of my backstory might help you understand how they have supported my transformation.
I've had chronic back pain after a car accident 20 years ago, and although I've been managing it since, through teaching yoga, I've not felt resilient for a long time. It's only in the last 6 months that I feel more myself again.
In 2024, I learnt how to engage my core muscles and felt my back was more stable than it had been in a long while. But I was still putting on the pounds and felt exhausted and weak despite working on my core stability. It was a tough year; my Dad was seriously ill and passed away in December. I was exhausted, comfort eating and couldn't believe how weak my body felt when I was walking my dog or teaching yoga.
At the start of the year, I was still in a bit of a fog but I wanted to get back on top of my health. I knew I needed to make changes when it got to the point when I was as heavy as my husband and could only fit into 2 of my pairs of trousers. I started to get back to doing things that worked in the past, but they weren't working this time. I only lost 2 pounds in 3 months.
I've tried all sorts of weight loss programmes in the past, some had worked well at the time, but I'd never broken my emotional eating habits. The more I ate, the more stressed I felt, the more stress I felt, the more I ate. For anyone who's never experienced this, it's hard to understand. Why would you eat more when eating makes you feel rubbish? It's strange but true for so many people, it's not about the food, it's much more complex.
So, as my 51st birthday was looming in April, I started looking for a programme that would work for me. I wanted external support and accountability. I thought I knew what I needed to do, but it turns out I had lots to learn.
I knew I needed to make a massive mindset shift around food and exercise. But with chronic back pain, I'd tried working out more intensely and paid the consequences. I was doing well with yoga and simple core exercises, but I was anxious about doing anything more strenuous. I'd heard so much about how women of my age need to do strength training. It really didn't appeal; images came to mind of unnatural-looking bodies and fitness fanatics.
That's when I saw an advert for Trintiy Transformation, the bit that got me hooked was opening a wardrobe with lovely clothes in it that you couldn't fit into or felt too uncomfortable to wear.
I booked a free consultation call to find out more. I was reassured that the programme would work for someone with chronic pain. Having a coach to check in with on fitness, nutrition and mindset targets sounded perfect.
Trinity Transformation helped me to start really slowly, learning movements without any weights to begin with, then building up to 1 kg. I can now deadlift 10 kg, which is an amazing achievement for me.
Knowing how to recruit my deep core muscles meant that I was managing the exercises fine. I'd feel sore, but I knew the exercises were safe, and that I wasn't doing any damage; I was challenging my body at the right level.
The first 2 weeks reset was tough over the Easter weekend - no chocolate! But I was on annual leave and could focus on buying and prepping food. I felt great after the reset, and by cutting out sugar and upping my protein and fats, I didn't have cravings.
I've enjoyed how the programme builds with educational videos, food logging, and workouts that are easy to follow, along with a weekly check-in with my coach. I started to see great progress.
It's not been straightforward, with chronic pain, I do get flare-ups now and again (that weren't triggered by the workouts), these are a natural part of living with long-term pain. I've been able to scale back at times and modify the workouts so I could keep going.
In the summer, I joined an over-50s surf school, and now have the strength to push myself up into a back bend and jump up to my feet. I'd never imagined my back or arms being able to do this.
I have had huge mindset shifts and feel like I want to make healthy choices rather than that I'm depriving myself.
Over the last 9 months, I've gone from clinically obese to being in a normal BMI range. I've lost 2 stone, dropped 2 dress sizes and can fit into my clothes again. But it's not just about the physical changes; both my body and mind feel stronger. I'm more confident and feel much more myself.

I’ve started my fourth month of Trinity Transformation. All I can say is, “Wow! What a great experience.” Trinity provides a holistic, comprehensive fitness experience.
