Loyalty means nothing so disappointed
I have used this company for years never had a problem, bit buti am still waiting for an order I made in Sept, and being told to wait till the 16th of November and if nothing arrives to then get back In contact for a refund is a joke, apparently problems with airmail and then promised I would get my item from their “UK Warehouse” which again never happened, if you have a UK warehouse why does it need to be airmailed to me, prices have doubled as well so you would think they would ensure that thier service is better, as a returning customer I understand things go wrong from time to time but feel I was just being led along either they have no stock or business is not as good as it once was. Telling me my money is safe with them when I asked for refund is not good enough you are not a bank I donmt need you to look after my money just send what I paid for, Hopefully I get my y delivery before Christmas
