Loyalty means nothing so disappointed

I have used this company for years never had a problem, bit buti am still waiting for an order I made in Sept, and being told to wait till the 16th of November and if nothing arrives to then get back In contact for a refund is a joke, apparently problems with airmail and then promised I would get my item from their “UK Warehouse” which again never happened, if you have a UK warehouse why does it need to be airmailed to me, prices have doubled as well so you would think they would ensure that thier service is better, as a returning customer I understand things go wrong from time to time but feel I was just being led along either they have no stock or business is not as good as it once was. Telling me my money is safe with them when I asked for refund is not good enough you are not a bank I donmt need you to look after my money just send what I paid for, Hopefully I get my y delivery before Christmas

Our shipping policy has been increased to 60 days, Which we understand is frustrating but unfortunately orders have been taking longer to arrive.

How it should be when buying a sofa

Really nice experience, not pushy at all, listened to our needs and specific requests as my mum is not as mobile as she used to be,our salesperson Mo was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly, very easy process from choosing our sofa to having it all ordered, and most important aspect of all it was very reasonably priced

Absolutely disgusted with this company

Absolutely disgusted with this company, we are a group of firefighters from all over the UK who represent the UK National Firefighters Ice Hockey team, we set up a shop as our old Supplier had increased the prices, Kitlocker was recommended to us, but from setting up, to orders not being delivered, orders lost, badges with different colours in the logos, to blatant disregard when ringing up to check orders it had been an absolute nightmare, we play charity games raising money for victims of fires, some or most of all player were on duty or involved in efforts at most of the tragic incidents that have been on TV, Grenfell, terror attacks london and manchester, hockey is our therapy and we like to look uniformed as we do at work, however now we travel to a tournament this weekend with players with no tracksuits, mix and match logos. How many excuses have you given us about delayed orders or lost orders. Complete shambles avoid at all costs
