Orders are only about 60% successfully…

Orders are only about 60% successfully delivered. When ive asked them can they resend a product that hasn't turned up they just say wait longer ive waited 6 months for one of my orders so it ain't turning up and no refund offered, ive seen many reviews saying the same thing and its a shame as they used to be reliable.

We're very sorry for the delays with your orders.

Our shipping policy has been increased to 60 days, Which we understand is frustrating but unfortunately orders have been taking longer to arrive. We still more than happily offer to send a replacement package after the 60 days have passed.
