Great furniture store with lots of choices and knowledgeable staff. Samantha guided us through the decision making process professionally whilst being very warm and understanding of our needs. We purchased dining chairs and bedroom furniture.

I have purchased an Ercol tall boy set of drawers and a Tempur pillow today Samantha explained everything I needed to know with regards to each product absolutely brilliant customer service throughout the sale highly recommend dealing with Samantha and Troy

Laura was very helpful and friendly when we visited the store. Very knowledgeable and explained the after care of the leather swivel chair. All staff are friendly and say hello and good afternoon. We didn't feel pressure to buy, we took our time to decide and feel the store is relaxing and would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.

Finally, after more than year of trying to buy a new suite for our lounge with a number of national brands, we returned to Russell Dean at Mytholmroyd, Calderdale whilst on a trip from Sussex. We had visited over several years and always been impressed by the size and layout of the premises, the range and quality of goods available and the quiet courtesy of the staff. We always had it in mind to return.
Finally, we did it and have not been disappointed! We took our time, coming back to the store daily over a long weekend and were never pressured or hassled to make a decision. Our sales adviser was Samantha King, who we cannot praise too highly. She had all the information at her fingertips, made it easy to understand the issues and was able to provide us with the most favourable price for the two settees and armchair we were looking for.
What was outstanding? The manner and availability of ALL the staff - and the fact that when they said they would do something such as return a phone call, they did it.
We do keep an eye on this company (my dad was at school with Russell!) and are delighted that, despite monumental flooding in the area and all the economic challenges companies have faced over recent years, they are going strong and look like continuing to do so. Highly recommended !
