The fact I got a refund back. It would mean alot if genetic conditions such as hip displsia had a higher claim amount but I am grateful that the amount renews each year so thank you

Super easy to deal with! The claims process is so easy via their website, you get a response immediatly and payment was made to us within 3 days. I am so happy we switched to PD and I would and have recommended to others.

Had to ring up after not hearing anything from you for nearly two weeks(which I’m glad to say is not usual). Turns out I’d sent everything you needed but the claim just hadn’t been processed.

Being prompt with the payments and so polite when I phone thank you for helping with our poor pup

I took my dog to the vet as she was intermittently vomiting over a period of a week and I grew concerned
The vet determined that she was reacting to her kibble and gave her antivomiting medication and prescribed Vetenary Gastrointestinal kibble to resolve her health gut health issue.
PD pet insurance did not cover this medicinal petfood and I wasn't happy with that outcome.
I can totally understand that you wouldn't cover petfood per say but this kibble was prescribed as medication so I would have thought it would be covered.

Pd insurance have been awesome in responsiveness to claims, prompt payment and monthly fees are reasonable.

Omg I’m sick of the back and forth evidence requirements when the invoice has the overall information our poor vet also has to display notes which I’ve constantly had issues with pd insurance not looking closely enough at ALL the evidence supplied before asking for the exact same information that was originally supplied. Perhaps I should a charge PD insurance for my time and what I’m getting invoiced from the vet to supply the information. It’s not good enough. Also I’ve been deliver claims and I am still unsure why. We are looking at other providers currently. We are not happy.

Easy claims process, phone calls are answered by a real person within a minute. The only difficulty is there is no option for undiagnosed illness on claim form. Should be able to add/type in a condition.

I was treated with respect, understanding and dignity and the whole process of getting my insurance claims paid within 24 hours was really helpful at a time when I was in such a stressful situation with my cat. PD insurance are the best insurance company and deliver when you need it most. the staff are absolutely incredible and really help to get your claims sorted within a fast timeframe. I can’t thank PD insurance enough for all you’re help.
