It took 20 days to receive my claim…
It took 20 days to receive my claim payment. After receiving a message that an incorrect account number caused the payment to bounce back, i was confused, as previous payments had worked just fine and my accountnumber hasnt changed. I emailed back twice and didn't get a reply. Eventually I phoned and the payment was sent the next day.

Claim process so easy
I find the claim process very easy and you are quick to give refunds.
When you send the email about the refund it is very thorough on how you have worked out what can be claimed for etc.

Quick and easy claim process
I have been delighted with PD's performance with a recent and ongoing claim. Or pup is 8 months old now. I took out insurance as soon as we got her so that we did not have any hard decisions if she got sick. Best thing I ever did. Very rare case of meningitis. PD have supported us brilliantly turning around our claims incredibly quickly. Our pup is on the mend as a result of being able to undertake expensive diagnostics and treatment. I cannot express our gratitude highly enough.

Claim process was so easy to do, just gave them a call. Got claim number and then emailed my receipt from vet into PD Insurance. Received email and payment within days of doing my claim. Wonderful service.

PD Look after us and our little buddy Arlo.
Our little buddy Arlo had a Cruciate Ligament fray which required treatment and then surgery and PD Insurance have been outstanding through the whole process. The process has been simple, the payments prompt and the customer service has been compassionate, informative and both upfront and honest. We've known all along where we stand and what to do, which is half the battle when something happens to your fur-kid.
