Unable to link all applicable documents (vet bills and estimates) to initial claim when doing it online. Assessor then processed wrong part of invoice due to not being able to attach documents. However, very pleased with turn around and pay out time.

I contacted you to advise my kitty had been badly injured and requiring surgeries for his injuries, via the website/contact us portal as I wasn't sure about the process going forward.
I received an email reply which was lovely and caring however the way it was worded, made it sound like the claim may or may not be accepted.
I is going to be a long recovery and care, so I really needed to know if it would be covered, before I rack up more vet costs.
I phoned and spoke to someone who, when I described my cats accident (hit by a car) and injuries, she allayed my worry.
She explained my cover, that I can submit clinical notes and invoices as I receive them etc.
The initial email reply wasn't very informative or comforting and added to my already high stress, knowing this is going to be an expensive claim.
Maybe some kind of 'pre-approval' for customers pets who sustain multiple injuries and ongoing treatment could be helpful.
I'm still anxious incase I have issues with this claim that will be ongoing for some time yet.

Your ladies Rhyan and Marriane where kind and helpful. As I am not very good on the computer, 83, they had all the time in the world and helped me. The payments were excellent and fast.

Very bad experience!!!After couple of emails and phone calls still didn't get my claim back although I had received and email that my money is on the way!
Just thinking to cancel this pet insurance and start to use another company!!!Would love to have this sorted as soon as possible!!!!!

Being a new customer I had to wait a long time for my first claim, but I didn't send past history etc even though there was none. we finally got it right. Second claim never came through either, so when I made a third claim I contacted them and finally got things on track and the person I dealt with was very accommodating. With a new puppy There is a few things to do with a vet, so hopefully they wont be hearing from me for a while.

I've had a few issues with my puppy recently with allergies and ongoing skin problems. Had to go to a specialist which is fairly expensive but we are on the mend and pd processed and approved my claims with money in my account in less than 2 days. No fuss, no drama and a very easy claim process.

Such speedy response and so easy to go through the process of making a claim. I feel so much more secure knowing that my dog has his back covered!
