Dear Alfonso,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
We would, however, like to clarify that the items supplied were the products ordered.
When you contacted us advising that you had expected to receive small handheld weighted balls, we asked for photographs so that we could investigate whether an incorrect product had been supplied. Once these were received and reviewed against your order, we confirmed that the correct products had been dispatched.
We appreciate that these were not the type of exercise balls you had intended to purchase. For this reason, we also offered to provide return instructions so that the unsuitable items could be returned for a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
We are sorry that the products were not what you expected and that you were dissatisfied with the assistance provided.
Kind regards,
Victor

The product photo did not match the item that was delivered. It has proven to be insufficient in its purpose. When any weight is placed onto the item it screws up and becomes uncomfortable under my mother's heels.
