Ordered the supports and unfortunately the sizes are not what I would call accurate, absolutely no chance of fitting my damaged ankles, ordered largest size available and just about does the job.
Very pleased with the suppliers return procedure, I packaged and retuned the items and within three days received a confirmation email informing me of my repayment.

We ordered a ReTurn Stand Aid through this company for one of our residents at our Nursing Home. Delivery was quick, which was great, but when the package arrived, it was clearly a used item that had been repackaged and sent out as new. We knew this because the polystyrene within the box was already broken apart and put back in there, the box had been re-sellotaped and when the bubble wrap was taken off the stand aid, there were scuff marks on the handles, which showed clear signs of use. We sent 11 pictures as and saved the CCTV of the package arriving as evidence that this was how the item was received.

We immediately sent all the pictures of this to their customer service to ask why we had been sent a used item, when there was no mention of this on their website. We didn't receive a response for 5 days, so I had to chase them. We received a response stating they would contact the courier to find out what happened and would get back to us immediately, even though there was no way the courier could have done any of this.

We waited for another 6 days for an update, and received nothing.

I emailed again after 6 days asking for an update with no reply, so essentially they are ignoring us at this point. We wouldn't mind if the product was advertised as used, but it was not stated anywhere when we made the purchase that we would be receiving a used product. We will now have to consider issuing a chargeback with our bank and contact trading standards to ensure they are aware they are selling used items as new, as we seem to not be getting anywhere with their customer service. We will not be using this company again if this is how they treat their customers.
