Nice width
the belt was just a nice size for my stoma bag as I have a parastomal hernia under it and it did not slide together as a wider one has, which obviously makes you feel more secure

Antwort von Medical Supplies
Dear Nicola,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the binder was not suitable for your needs and that you are disappointed with the outcome of your return.
When you originally contacted us, the item was described as unsuitable rather than faulty, and we promptly provided instructions for returning it. These instructions explained that unwanted products must be returned in a resellable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Unfortunately, when the binder was received and inspected by our Returns Team, areas of the fabric were found to be pulled and fluffy where the Velcro had been attached and removed. Photographs showing the condition in which the item was received were provided to you.
We appreciate that you have advised that the binder was only tried on. Please note we can only assess a returned product based on its condition when it arrives back with us, and unfortunately the condition of the fabric meant that we could not accept your return.
We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our decision and appreciate that this was not the outcome you had hoped for.
Kind regards,
Victor
