Easy to order, good next day delivery service. Best riser chair I've had fantastic.

:I have purchased a recliner from you that is the best chair I have ever owned. I have been suffering from Lymphodema for the past year(swollen legs and feet), and in 2 days the problem was cured and has stayed like that since then. I use the chair to sleep in as well, and for years I have managed on about four hours a night, but I have been sleeping much better because I can regulate the chair to positions that suit me best and am now getting 7 or 8 hours sleep a night. For such a luxurious chair the price was extremely good.

Not a positive experience at all . After a few weeks i had issues with the wheelchair i bought . Sought legal advice and trading standards advice which showed me the company had not acted legally at all . It's disgusting that people that rely on a wheelchair are treated so badly . Honesty and customer care is important unfortunately the manager Anne Genc is rude and careless and does not follow the consumer law .

I am very happy with my Purchase, would have given 5 stars only on arrival of delivery was told they did not put chairs together. Hence I had to arrange for someone to come and set them up. Most disappointed as I live on my own . Delivery firm told me they were not qualified to do setup. Maybe something that could be looked into!

We find lifting our mobility scooters in the car great now with the lift,it has made things so much easier thank you

Whilst the process was mostly seamless there were a couple of minor gotcha's: 1) The wheelchair needed some assembly. That was easy enough for my able-bodied carer to do, but that meant they didn't do what they were supposed to do in that slot. Maybe I missed the "some assembly required" notice because had I known this I could have planned the assembly process better. 2) We are asked not to throw the packaging away. It is a very big box that cannot fit in to the attic without collapsing the box. It may not be possible to make the seams strong enough so that the box can carry the chair if I do need to return. Other than that, early days but the wheelchair looks and feels like a quality product.

I ordered my chair on the promise of up to a 7-10 day delivery, so imagine my surprise when I had an email 7 hours later advising of a next day delivery. Love my new chair. So comfy. And service was excellent from their whole team

Wing mirror come adrift as yet not been able to refit ball joint
Wing mirrors not great haven’t been able to tighten very loose have to constantly adjust
Scooter (so far) great only been out twice but so far so good
Seems more stable than other ones I have hired maybe mind over matter
Generally very good value for money excellent

Excellent service, lovely staff to deal with. Purchased a Halo wheelchair, very light to lift, takes up the same room as a manual chair. Only issue is the back of the chair leans back a bit far for me as l have spinal problems but a back cushion has sorted it

We visited the Studley Grange outlet where we were shown a selection of powered chairs.With the help of Jane who was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful we were able to select a chair that would meet all our requirements.

Bed was too high for me too get on and you charged me £891 to collect and return back to warehouse x Iam a pensioner no savings so my son paid it for me x sleeping on a chair for over a week now I think it’s disgusting how much you are charging for something I haven’t got . It’s a total rip off for elderly vulnerable people putting me under stress and it’s effecting my health.Please get this bed out of my home or we will be getting a solicitor involved .Or charging you for storage
