I bought a Photizo Pain Relief device from Medical Supplies on 23 April for £296. Less than six months later it has completely died, it won’t switch on or charge.
I contacted Medical Supplies, followed their troubleshooting steps and asked them to sort it out. Instead, they’ve repeatedly told me to contact the manufacturer, despite the fact I bought it from them and my Consumer Rights Act rights are against the retailer.
I’ve explained this to them more than once. They’ve now simply stopped replying and I’ve been left with a £300 paper weight.
I’m now escalating it through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, and if they still refuse to deal with it I’ll take the matter through the small claims court.

The wrist brace for carpal tunnel didn’t work for me it made my carpal tunnel syndrome a lot worse it was also uncomfortable and very difficult to how it should be worn the manager in my building did it for me and the diagram was not even easy for her either. The bigger wrist brace the wraps all the way from my wrist to my thumbs and my palm is great it takes the pressure off the pain for me. Thanks anyway. Tracey Begley
