Product was exactly as shown in picture. It was simple to order and a very quick delivery.
If I had one criticism, it would be to show the measurement from the floor base to the actual commode seat rather than the chair seat. In my opinion it is an inch short on height to make it perfectly comfortable. My mum is 91 and is super pleased with it. It is easy to use you flip the cushion back and the bucket can be emptied by lifting out the top, excellent product, super happy.

Brilliant ordered for a family member who is ill arrived really quick and delivery was great. It is all set up in their home now and they love it.

The product was easy to order and arrived on time. The description of the padded toilet seat was that it fitted the majority of toilet seats. It didn't fit either of our 2 toilet, moved and swiveled - so it's of no use
