Advised to set up account for tracking…after much back and forth get in there for is to tell me ‘completed’

We acknowledge that the delivery information shown within your online account could have been clearer, and we are sorry for the confusion this caused. The “completed” status related to the processing of the order and did not provide sufficiently clear information about the subsequent courier delivery.

Very poor product
Very poor product. Cheaply made. The elastic waistband is like something from 1960s They used to be supplied with 1 pocket. A bit stupid saying that you can use 2 pockets as you cannot switch the stoma to another side!!

Very disappointed with this company.
Be careful if you are thinking of buying a TEN's machine. The refund information doesn't make it clear that you can't return one even if it is exactly as it was delivered. In the original condition and packaging.

We would like to clarify that the returns restriction for this product is clearly stated on the product page under the Returns section.
In addition, before an order containing this product can be completed, customers are required to manually tick a box confirming that they understand it is a restricted returns product and that, unless faulty, it can only be returned if unused and unopened with all original seals, tags and labels intact. Moreover, the order cannot proceed and payment cannot be taken unless this acknowledgement has been provided.
We therefore feel that the returns restrictions are made clear both on the product page and again during the checkout process, prior to purchase.
We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with our returns policy.

Very poor experience unable to get…
Very poor experience unable to get refund for faulty product
I reported a fault with a leaking canister sent with my cryo cuff and It took 6 days for the company to respond. In the meantime I have had to put the cuff in the fridge to cool. I have requested a refund for the faulty canister and they have ignored my request and asked me to send it back for their returns team to test l. They wrote that once they have received the item in our warehouse, our returns team will carry out a thorough test of the item to confirm the fault you have identified. In the event they cannot identify the fault, they may have to send the item to the manufacturer for further technical testing. If this is the case, we will let you know.
If your item does not need further technical testing, our returns team will reply to you within 3 to 5 days of receiving your return.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the way your return has been handled, and we apologise for any delay in responding to your initial report.
We would like to clarify that we have not refused or ignored your request for a refund, and we are sorry that you feel otherwise.
After you reported the problem, we initially requested some basic checks and supporting information to help establish where the reported leak was originating. When you subsequently asked to return the product, we provided you with a prepaid Royal Mail returns label and a returns number so that the item could be returned to us at no cost to you.
Kindly note that since the product has been reported as faulty, we do need to receive and inspect it to confirm the fault before the return can be concluded. If our returns team cannot identify the reported issue, further technical assessment by the manufacturer may be required. This is why we explained the testing process and the expected timescale in our email.
We appreciate that you would prefer an immediate refund. Please be assured asking for a product reported as faulty to be returned for assessment does not mean that a refund has been refused.
We have already provided everything required for the item to be returned to us, and we look forward to receiving your return and help you with this query.
