Delivered on time just what i ordered and after care brilliant

The wrist brace for carpal tunnel didn’t work for me it made my carpal tunnel syndrome a lot worse it was also uncomfortable and very difficult to how it should be worn the manager in my building did it for me and the diagram was not even easy for her either. The bigger wrist brace the wraps all the way from my wrist to my thumbs and my palm is great it takes the pressure off the pain for me. Thanks anyway. Tracey Begley

Kept informed, delivered when promised

I bought an iwalk from this company a few weeks ago, for a broken foot. After one week, using just twice I requested a return, as I was put into an Airboot and could no longer use it.
Medical supplies accepted the return and didn’t ask any further questions. I paid money to send the device back, then they rejected the return saying “it had scuffs and marks”.

The item is made of rubber and will never be in pristine condition after using even once….its rubber. I sent back with the original box as compact as I could. I also cleaned it as best as I could.

I called up customer service (if you can call it that!) and explained the situation. I spoke to the most obnoxious woman. She refused to be helpful and said “that’s the situation, take it or leave it”. The option was they dispose of the item (something I paid over £200 for!) or they can return to me for £10 (more money).

I asked to speak to the manager, and she claimed she was the manager. She had no empathy for the situation. Then when she ask “can I help with anything else?” I said to improve the customer service.

Now I will be lumbered with an item I don’t need, just because medicalsupplies can’t fulfil their promises and will advise nobody orders from this poor company.

Avoid.

Product was not similar to what I have received from other companies..disappointed
