After reading all the bad reviews I did doubt whether I’d even get my parcel. I got a time slot 8.30 to 10.20 and it came at 8.40. Thankyou to the delivery driver Harry. He was polite and friendly.

Deserves no star.
I enquired for my delivery which included an important document and I’d paid a lot. I received an email yesterday saying it’ll be delivered 10:34-12:34. Of course this wasn’t the case. I contacted the customer service (using their chat) as I’ve had no update today and I was starting to get concerned that it’s been lost.
The reply I got was:
- “The ETA is just a guideline” …. what’s the point of it then?
- “The driver’s running a little behind” ….. more than 24 hours later, it hadn’t showed up yet. Unless something’s happened to the driver, I hope they’re ok.
- “You need to contact the sender if it’s been lost. But I can see it’s not lost” …. Trying to blame someone else.

I get another email this evening to say they “attempted” to deliver but they missed me. …. When I’ve been at home all this time.

I wish companies didn’t use this awful service to send back our valuable documents.

Tracking absolutely useless. Driver was at my door within delivery window but when tracking showed him to be miles away.

Still awaiting the delivery of item I was told would arrive yesterday. Waited in all day, no update and impossible to contact for any update. Absolute shambles.

I trust the irony of a company whose slogan is "Delivered exactly" isn't lost on them

For the second time (separate deliveries), they pick the day, give themselves a window from 8am to 6pm and then just don't bother to turn up.

No updates, (it's 7pm and still showing as out for delivery)

These guys are worse than Evri and their tacking shows nothing once it leaves the depot. Amazon, Evri, Yodel DHL, in fact even the post office are far better and it would influence my choice of supplier in future.

Company is a waffle, everything is put to a 3rd party, so good luck having a reputable courier. I cant even get in contact with them to find out which courier they left it with. A bunch of monkeys could run a better business, a package can travel a thousand miles in a day, but then you cant get it when its in your town.

Delivery time slot 0800-1800, fair enough, there was no option to leave in safe place, leave with neighbour, reschedule etc, my neigh was on standby to receive the parcel but instead it spent 3 days on the back of a lorry, when it was delivered was severely damaged yet they insisted to my 16yr old daughter that she had to take delivery, shocking company!!

Driver David delivered to a"neighbour" when I did not instruct that, as I was at home all day to take delivery of flooring. In fact he had delivered to the wrong road and post code!!
I saw a van racing up my road at the same time as receiving message to say delivered to neighbour and a calling card left with me.
Photo was taken of wrong house, who had not received a delivery, in fact it was left in porch next door to that house when i checked, (not my address) and I had to carry the heavy flooring home, at 70 years of age.
Disgraceful service, DX need to make sure their drivers are aware of correct address and post code before delivering.
Exactly same thing happened to me earlier in the year with another flooring company using DX.
Will make sure I never use any company in the future who uses DX for their delivery.
This driver needs a good SAT NAV and then make sure he is in the right road.
Very stressful and upsetting experience for me, yet again.

Like everyone else feels this company is dreadful. A faulty product was due to be picked up by them. I waited in all day. My husband then came home so we’re both in. The front door is open. My husband got a text and email saying they tried to pick up the item and giving the time but had “missed us”. No one rang or knocked on the door. We were both sat in our lounge. We even checked our security cameras and no one came to our house. We have two cameras that cover our driveway. So the driver lied.

No option for no stars!

Been waiting in 3 days for a delivery.

Calling customer services on hold for 20mins at a time and then get cut off and passed around different departments.

No one knows what’s going on.

My first experience of DX Express today and I cant fault them. They kept me informed about my delivery of important documents, the courier was great, on time, handed me my envelope in person ,he was very polite and I cant thank them enough

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is inexusably awful. They even have a fake trust pilot score of 4.1 stars on their website. They have wasted my time twice now with delivery slots, I have both times waited in, with the door wide open, and no courrier has come to my gate, then I get an email to say I have missed the delivery. The first time my neighbour even saw the driver parked on the street then just drive off again. What is going on here? Its a complete mess, I have contacted customer service through their chat, their phone numbers on the website dont work, and they have said they will ask the driver to call me on arrival, no phone call was received. I am utterly disgusted. The company I have bought product from will be getting their poduct returned to them if DX can even manage that because I will not be waiting in for this parcel again to be frustrated and humiliated by this false promise delivery company.

Pick up arranged for yesterday between 8 am and 6 pm. No show. I made a repeat booking for pick up tomorrow. A unidentified truck and driver appeared this morning. He took the very heavy and expensive parcel and left. No id or receipt for pick up, and now online it still shows that the parcel has yet to be collected tomorrow.
Have I been scammed???

They are awfully horrid. They had to deliver an item and the next thing that I knew was “they trid to deliver the parcel”. A lie… been at home the whole day (requested a leave day at work to get the damn parcel). Thay even claimed on the system that the driver left a “delivery attemp” card…of course another lie. I contacted with an associated throught chat and he said “the gps shows that the driver was there”…. yes… but no signs that someone (a guy called Joao in this case as it says on the txt message sent by DX express to my phone) rang the bell. They had my phone but no call (the associated says that “there are not intructions to call you if there is a problem.” so…why they ask you a phone number? for a date? I just cancel the purchse. to the pits of hell with this currier

On 3 separate days a delivery was booked ,on every occasion a bare faced lie was given suggesting that a delivery had been attempted and a calling card left. I was unable to make any meaningful contact with anyone at DX express the tracking system was a useless farce so I contacted my product supplier to complain . On the 4th day a pleasant and professional driver showed how simple the delivery was and how completely incompetent the other 3 were . There would seem to be serious systemic issues preventing Dx Express from functioning as a useful delivery company

I'd like to give zero stars or a negative value, but it doesn't seem possible to do that. The delivery window was a flat out lie and the tracking stopped working when that lie became unsustainable. Dreadful timewasters.

I was originally given a two hour time slot, which has now been and gone. The tracking never moved from when I first checked it. Upon looking again it has now been changed to all day delivery? I have had to cancel my plans and now wait for a delivery which I’m not even sure will arrive. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

This should be no stars. Why Amazon Business persist in using this absolute shower of a company, I don't understand. They have never delivered anything to me, all I get is 'we were unable to deliver to you today'

I wanted to write this review as I read the others and was very nervous that my parcel was being delivered by DX express. Honestly, they were good. They let me know what time they were coming and arrived on time. The gentleman who delivered it was great. No complaints.

Ordered car parts yesterday, delivered today. Kept me well informed throughout by email about the delivery. Couldn't possibly do better than that! Excellent service.
