No way to speak to anyone (of course) and the layers of emails to actually send a complaint are many many layers deep. What a shitshow company.

Yet again Relay proved that they do not recruit and train their staff: my parcel was again left outside my front door for any passer by to take. It would certainly have fitted through my letterbox. I would also have gladly received it in person if the lazy / incompetent courier had rung the doorbell.

Unable to give zero stars unfortunately. Relay mislabelled my package and delivered the wrong package to me. I had an emailed apology from them but still haven’t got my package 3 weeks later. I’ve had a number of emails telling me my package will be delivered but the time scale for delivery keeps slipping and still no package. Appalling service, will not use any retailer who uses this ‘service’ in future.

I’ve been a long-time user of Parcel2Go, Evri, Royal Mail, and DPD, and the experience is always the same: super easy. You just select your service and send. It’s straightforward and "normal people" friendly.
Relay, on the other hand, is a complete headache.
Instead of a simple "click and ship" process, they force you to jump through hoops just to get started. You have to integrate it directly into an e-commerce platform, which makes it feel inaccessible for the average person just trying to send a package. Unless you’re running a full-scale online store, it’s a total waste of time.

1 🌟 is too good for this shambolic company. I would think it won’t be in business too much longer. They delivered the wrong parcel (Vinted item) when I tried to contact them Mon 4/5/26 I got a standard email back stating they were closed for EASTER and would reopen on the 21st April…… says it all !!! Can not speak with anyone, they don’t answer call back requests, they ignore emails and they either deliver the wrong item, or don’t deliver at all. The other issue is the delivery drivers are rude and abusive and think it’s acceptable to shout and swear at the time of delivery. Avoid this joke of a company, use a proper delivery company.

What an awful company. Waiting for a parcel told them numerous times it’s a business address and the opening hours, tonight I see they have left it in a apparently safe place outside the shutters of the business, but apparently this is what they think is an enclosed porch. I know it won’t be there in the morning so will have to go through the process of trying to go get a refund. What a bunch of cowboys.

Lost my parcel from Vinted, tried to contact them and got an email informing me that they will be in contact within 24hrs 6 days later still waiting. Tracking saying lost in transit

Went to collect 2 parcels only to be told we haven’t unpacked them, come back in an hour. To add insult to injury they only hold into it for 2 days. Rubbish!

Sat at home waiting for my parcel, says 3 stops and approximately 7 minutes away. Hour later another message comes, said unable to deliver, scheduled for redelivery on 8th of May (2+days to wait) i have paid for the next day delivery.
Do not use for Vinted!!
I’m convinced customer service doesn’t exist. Parcel has been stuck on “collected by courier” for a week now. Definitely been stolen or lost. No updates and can’t get a refund from Vinted until the month is up. Use literally any other company.

I would give no stars if that were an option. Twice in the last two weeks I’ve received the wrong (Vinted) items seemingly as a result of Relay overlaying the initial delivery label with an incorrect one. Really poor. Wasted money with no way to recover. Can’t believe Vinted use them at all.

Should be called not really coming. Parcel eventually turned up on the 4th day of having email ‘your parcel is out for delivery’. No attempt of delivery on the first 3 days , when time slot is up changes to with courier. Makes yodel and Evri look amazing. If possible avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting company, ordered my little nephews birthday gift, to be told my the company I ordered from that my parcel has been lost, I doubt it’s been lost, probably stolen by one of their incompetent members of staff, I’m not happy with this company and things need to be investigated, people spend their money and expect a service to be delivered

The courier just left parcel in the back of the building for anyone coming or going to steal it (which is what happened) they just want to drop off a delivery any where and on to the next delivery
