First time picking up a parcel using Relay service and not impressed.

I ordered an item on 10th September and waited 15 days for it to reach the UK, which is fine as coming from China. It finally arrived at the pick‑up point on 25th September, and I received an email at 6pm same day saying it was ready to collect — followed by another email couple of days later saying if I didn’t collect it by 1st October it would be returned to sender!

So I get six days to collect a parcel that’s taken 15 days to get here and told that if I don’t collect by 1st October it would be sent straight back to China! Are they having a laugh.

What if I’d been away on holiday! What if something unexpected stopped me collecting it in time.

To make matters worse, the parcel was damaged and looked like it had been thrown around.

Would not recommend using relay awful service says 2 to 4 days for delivery yet been waiting alot longer stay away

Ordered a jumper off vinted. Relay being the courier. When my order arrived it was a Russian book?? Fuming i mailed the vinted seller who never even sent me a book. She showed me a photo of the parcel she had sent which she took in the shop. They took it off her but didn't attach the name and delivery of me at that point. When they did print my name off it was put on the wrong parcel The parcel I received was a small package I.e. a Russian book. They have only put the wrong delivery address on the wrong package. Now are having to dispute the matter and having to try track where my parcel is. God knows who this book is meant for. Absolute Shambles. Needs to be held accountable. i

Absolutely dreadful delivery service and would give zero stars if I could. Their technical help/customer service is non-existent. Have tried to get an update from their support team for a parcel collected by their courier on 11 September which has not been delivered to my Vinted buyer, but with no response. I see numerous other people experiencing the same. How can they consider themselves a bona fide delivery service with such shocking service? Avoid at all costs if you can. Would never use them myself.

I have received two parcels In last 2 weeks including the one I collected today which have not been what I had purchased from vinted. Labels have been placed on wrong parcels both times. Strangely both have been high end items I should have received Ugg tasmans and Next storage baskets so it makes you wonder if it’s deliberate. I baby grows and some Shein boots instead. As this causes so many problems with vinted and no customer service from yourselves trying to get money back for buyer and seller I will not use relay again.

1st I'm annoyed i have to give 1 star. Should be minus 5 stars. There is a reason they have shocking reviews. All in all relay are so slow and the pick up point which is 130 quality .high street toll worth are just as bad .been waiting in there for 40 min trying to find a parcel which they couldn't find and still cant..vinted shouls get rid of all these clowns

Terrible delivery service, I've sent 2 emails, they ignore you, I sent a parcel on vinyed 10 days ago, parcel says delayed its now been 2 weeks, no updates, and we don't get paid for items sold, absolutely ridiculous

Disgusting, disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. Unacceptable behaviour by drivers they left parcel to the different address don’t even ring the bell and when I try to contact the company they didn’t response. Later again what happened with me I had ordered from shein Relay emailed me we will deliver your parcel when we received later they emailed you can choose collection of delivery faster way same time they emailed again that you have chose collection. I checked my phone and got these emails I got pissed by this company. This company should close down poor service

Absolutely shite. Said they missed me this afternoon and I was in all day. I even left a message to say leave in porch if not in. Said they were 5 stops away then said unable to deliver as they missed me. Omg I have a ring door bell they didn't even attend my property. the service is awful.

Absolue liability. Vinted should remove the option they lose stuff and seem incapable by the looks of the reviews to run an effective service. Bit of a joke.

AVOID…. Relay snuck onto Vinted in early 2026 and has been monopolising delivery options when other couriers are suffering backlogs or couriers shortages at cheaper rates… In theory, this is great news for sellers and buyers, but the major issue with Relay is their system. The parcel has a temporary route sticker attached and then disappears into the void… I have now lost two parcels as a seller thanks to their incompetence, and have to wait a full calendar month before even attempting to contact them for compensation. Just read the reviews, make sure if you use platforms like Vinted you turn the option for Relay off, and don’t give them any business!

Bought an item on Vinted and seller kindly dropped off the parcel the same day. Parcel sat in shop for 3 days before collection. Then with ‘courier’ for 4 days. Now with Relay for another 3 days but still no delivery date. So now waited 10 days. I live in a major city and have asked for drop off to a Relay store - how hard can it be?

Now I have a message telling me it’s delayed- yeah already worked that out… and hopefully will be with me in the *next month*!!!

I will *never* buy from someone only offering Relay ever again.

Customer service will say their word and end chat.
Won’t repeat, won’t listen to us. Nothing.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse than Evri! I’ve had the unfortunate experience of several deliveries (or not in some cases), tracking information is terrible, delivery time constantly a week plus, then they just throw it anywhere near your property without attempting to knock the door, regardless of it you’re home or not. Without a doubt the worst delivery company there is!

First delivery attempt, the courier never turned up. The second delivery attempt again no one turned up, this time the tracking said 8 minutes away then a few minutes later delivery failed due to no one home. We were literally waiting for it both times at our business which was open. Now it's being returned to sender which is over seas. Absolute disgrace of a courier.

This courier should be avoided at all costs! Do not use them. If you are recieving the parcel make sure you record everything. They will lie to you and blame you for them not turning up and say you were not available. Disgraceful .

Sent a WhatsApp, no email or text. No details of the sender, parcel stated to be delivered! We have CCTV- they never came near. No idea where they’ve left it, filled online complaint, no response.

Hate this courier service, used twice 3 weeks ago on Vinted ( for 1st time ) parcels eventually arrived after 2½ weeks, purchased something on 16th thinking I'd give them another try, parcel posted same day, now showing as delayed and to allow up to Oct 21st for delivery , and if it doesnt arrive by then I've got 2 days to make a claim , so they can take over a month to deliver and I get 2 days to make a claim 🤬 will never use again

I get notifications about packages but never anything to identify them by. It's impossible to know what they're talking about, and when I reach out it takes them ages to get back to me and by then it's already arrived. I'm getting told something might be getting held at me for a convenience store, or maybe it's asking, it's not clear.

Relay is frustrating for the consumer and the "help" is not helpful.

Very slow unfortunately have used them a few times but wouldn't recommend

Very poor delivery service. Even when you contact their customer service. You get a generic email back saying they'll get back to you within 72 hours but they never do! Parcels are often late or go missing completely
