Have used them twice good experience

Katherine made the whole process very easy.. patience and kindness

Stella found me a pickup that was in the area was picked up in minutes of agreement. the price I was quoted at was the price I paid. Vehicle was here next day as promised. 400 mile haul under $1000.

Alex was great. Very helpful and reachable. He explained everything to me and was in touch from the pick up to the delivery. Timely delivery, great customer service

Sean got the Bobcat to me faster than expected. I would use Sean again.

Could not advise against more. Worked with Ryan Cherkie, had to fight against price changes after contractual agreement. Broker "Wavex Logistics" did not pay driver on time. Communication is very poor and does not reflect understanding of situations. Broker did not communicate needs for port documentation to driver resulting in added work on customer side. I feel like I spent more time working on this than Wavex did.

Great agents, willing to help

Janet was very good with the communication and setting up a driver even though we had one cancel. She was on top of it and got one right away and the car was delivered in 2-3 days across the states from east coast to west coast! Very happy and highly recommended!

I called in and reached Catherine Thomas... I needed help transporting my 2005 Isuzu NPR box truck from Kansas to Nebraska. She wasn't able to help me fir the budget I had.. But that didn't stop her from trying to find a driver for me.. while making me feel as though I was a priority. Thank you Catherine maybe next time

They explained everything to us and sent the invoice with the no hidden fees payment amount. They stayed in contact with us until the delivery. We bought a box truck from Copart and needed transport from Phoenix AR to Denver. Quotes from some other transport companies was prohibitive. We came across Wavex online and decided to contact them. Stella Morgan was exceptional—you hardly come across people like her. She made the entire process smooth. We were a little worried as we didn't know the company but she made us less so, keeping us know informed on every stage of the process. The driver took excellent care of our truck and delivered it within two days.

We will definitely be using this company again. They are hard to beat! And Stella, thanks a million times!

Do not contract with Harry Thomson and Wavex logistics, bait and switch, givea low bid for one reason or another why they can not pickup on schedule, then want to charge more.my bid was 1365 one later over 2100.
.only reason for 1 star is they did anserw the phone

Sean did an excellent job making sure my truck was delivered safely and at a time that worked perfectly for me. He kept everything organized, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure I got a great price. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
