Organised shambles

recently purchased a women’s
alpine jacket from your Watford branch. After wearing it only twice, feathers have already started coming out of the jacket, which is very disappointing for what I expected to be a quality product.

I returned to the Watford store
to raise this issue but unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience. The response I received from Dominic was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I would appreciate it if you
could look into this matter and advise on a replacement or refund, as well as review the customer service experience at the Watford branch.
The customer service agreed
to deal with the product in 4-6 weeks … and we will now be aboard when the product is delivered
I just wanted to reiterate tht the product is not fit for purpose in its current condition

We can confirm that the jacket has been returned in store and sent to our Head Office for the Aftersales team to review, and we have highlighted that the matter is urgent. As the item has been returned under warranty, it needs to be investigated by Aftersales before a replacement or refund can be arranged.

I turned up with a problem relating to back wheel and gears last weekend.

They fixed the problem and got me on the road , all done at a reasonable price and with a smile.

Organised shambles it gets better … they cannot provide free hub.

Lovely bike , need to purchase a free hub for back wheel.. wrote to Ribble last week , promised to come back within 3 days and no response.
I now have this wonderful looking bike , less than 5000 miles that I cannot use

Shambles

Ordered vouchers for experience, payment processed and vouchers not received. contacted via chat box , customer representative agreed that the issue will be resolved in few days … a week later no response. In short shambles

You keep on sending links to contact customer service /support .,, who cannot resolve this issue :)

Lacks customer service

Travelled from LHR to India , luggage did not arrive and two days later , still waiting for luggage. Customer services does not exist and no one answers the number provided on property irregularity report

Shambles , and More shambles

My Caxton card never seems to work when in mainland Europe . During my last trip on 5 July 2023, my card failed to work , my app was not working and i could not login in to my account. Phone call to helpline resolved the problem, after spending some 20 mins on the phone, complained reference not provided despite being promised that I will receive this by email , left another message 07 July 2023 … still no response to my complaints …

I am now in India and my card does not work ….I have written to Caxton for I explanation on 11 July …and still no reply from incident of last week. Avoid if you can

Update on 31 July

No further response to my email of 19 July

False promises order no 145418390

I ordered my bike on 16 August 2021. My order no 145418390 was due to be delivered in October … then November… then December, then February 2022 and now May 2022. There was no communication for this delay. Just to be clear that the bike order is for a standard bike and cannot believe that this could take take 9 months to deliver( frankly … I do not think the bike will be delivered in May 2022) .. I hope the bike turns out to be more reliable compared to the promises made by ribble

Could Ribble knowingly be providing false/misleading dates to secure orders ?
