I wondered into gates on the off chance while having a couple of tyres replaced on my car, I most certainly wasn't expecting to see something I liked and purchase so I would say it was an impulse buy but boy what a great service and I absolutely love my purchase. I was looking around and didn't feel any pressure from the sales team they just left me to my own devices and I liked that. I approached James in the Braintree Branch about a car that I though was to good to be true, I asked what I would get for my car and he said take the car out for a test drive and they would work it out for me again no pressure, loved the test drive and I might add the route I could take was up to me how long I needed and wasn't accompanied by anyone else other than my husband again I like this it was a plus for us. when we got back we were offered coffee by James and a seat to discuss what they would give me for mine I had a price in my head and was pleasantly surprised that they came in very closed to that so that was a deal for me. James was great he got a couple of bits done on the car for me and kept me up to date through the whole process. he took all the worry/stress out of buying a new car it was a very smooth transaction between trading in the old car and driving off in the new. I would like to thank James for his part in this sale and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

The guys were great got my car in straight away I had asked for the wheels to be changed around again not a problem, they were polite and very helpful will definitely use Just Tyres in the future

From checking in to leaving my experience is all positive. Esther is such a lovely lady and its always a pleasure dealing with her on arrival, My dentist Dr M. Eke is always so nice and talks through every option with you always finding the best solution that suits your needs as an individual . Great Service provided by all.

He turned up on time and was very thorough with the service, everything was kept very clean and tidy he went through everything with me in great detail in fact he has been the most informative guy I have ever had which was very nice.

a quick update on my credentials and the quotes came flooding in one in particular stood out Post Office they had a great deal at a great price and I would have gone with them but my supplier matched the price to the penny so maybe next year you never know.

I had a query with my account balance and called to ask some info on it the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and I came away feeling more at ease

Very warm welcome from the receptionist, such a lovely lady always makes you feel good, went in for a check up my Dentist he is lovely always takes the time to sit and discuss the options if any work is needed. Luckily no work was needed in this appointment.

I went out looking for a pacific sofa in mind and as soon as I entered the shop it was straight in my view, unfortunately once viewing it wasn't for me, The sales man (Adam) was near by when I was looking and showed us how the sofa bed worked. As I said it wasn't for me so he said he had several others down stairs and he would show us. There were two in particular that I liked and Adam showed up all the options of colours and material and showed us how they worked and got us to try them out he was brilliant and very patient as I couldn't make a decision, we decided to leave it and go away and think about it he never made us feel under pressure to buy he just let us know that he would be there when we came back and he would go through it all again so we were 100% positive if we purchased. On our return he came back over to us and showed us everything we needed to see again, he never made us feel under pressure nor was he pushy in any way he was very polite and extremely helpful and definitely new his stuff. So thank you Adam for all your help and we now are looking forward to our new sofa bed. Also since purchasing the sofa they have had another promotion that includes Free delivery, we didn't have that when we brought but Adam informed us that if there were any other promotions on the sofa that we didn't get when we purchased we could contact SCS and they would add the promotion to our order, Yesterday 12/01/25 I notice that they were advertising Free Delivery so I gave them a call and to my delight they removed the delivery fee from our order saving me another £119.00 so again Thank you Adam and SCS from one very happy customer. :)

Delivered on time, lovely man helped me take delivery into my porch as item was heavy. very polite and courteous .

After some time to actually finalise a date I couldn't fault the engineer he arrived on time and was very polite and helpful as I did have a problem with the hot water, he serviced the boiler and explained why I was getting the problem and talked me through what he had done. The only downside was the part that the problems lies with is not covered by Your Repair so it will be an expense that will have to come out of my pocket :(

Easy to order and was kept updated on delivery, Excellent on price although my bed was delivered a day early and no one was home they did try several times to let me know they would deliver early but unfortunately I do not have service at my work so they left it out front. when I messaged to complain they were very apologetic luckily my husband came home early. when unpacking the bed I could see that the bed knobs were the wrong ones so I emailed to say and they were absolutely brilliant I received mail back near on straight away and a phone call saying that they had a batch that had been delivered wrongly to them and that they would send out the correct knobs straight away, I did say about returning the wrong ones but the lady said no please keep them so now I can have two looks to the bed :) the service I have received has been above and beyond and would definitely use again. the bed looks great and i am really pleased with my purchase.

easy to order very helpful in tracking my item looks lovely up and it's a great quality product overall im very pleased with my purchased.

DFS had just the right choice for us, our experience on choosing the right furniture for us was a pleasant one we wasn't pushed into anything and the sales lady was very patient and went through everything no rushing with time she was lovely she even gave us samples of the material so we could use it when ordering a new carpet. In my opinion she went above and beyond for us.

the website was easy to get around and had good prices delivery time was good also

great little table and chairs only down side is you couldn't choose the colour it was a lucky dip what you got although it showed lots of different colours, the due date changed and then the DPD man just knocked and left it on the door step a massive box for anyone to see where they could have popped it down the side gate instead my husband had to come out of work to move it out of site

We regularly have our packages 📦 delivered and our delivery driver is such a great guy never had any problems

They had everything I was looking for at great prices, the ordering was easy and delivery quick with additional updates . Definitely recommend .
