Had an emergency as a filling had come out again and my tooth was catching on my mouth, I phoned first thing in the morning and got an appointment for that afternoon. Had the tooth fixed there and then and all is now well.

Short notice in ringing in and receptions was vary professional and ant me seen that day
So vary pleased with the results

Very good experience at Daventry Dental Practice. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Hardly any wait to see Dentist who is always excellent.

I went to the Canvey island branch everyone there is lovely and welcoming. The dentist I saw was very kind, patient and considerate as I was extremely anxious as had a bad experience last time I had treatment done a few years ago. The dentist adapted my treatment so I wasn’t in the chair for so long. Know I have a better memory for any future appointments. Thank you together dental for being patient with me

Helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Kept to appointment time. I requested an SAR form. It came that morning, I completed and returned it and the information requested was with me the same day - that's brilliant service!

Emergency appointment was given on the day but no treatment given for toothache and a scheduled appointment for 7 weeks time. If you have a toothache should you really have to put up with the pain for so long? Receptionist very abrupt and unhelpful, very dissatisfied but no negative stars available

A superb experience from entering the building with a very welcoming greeting from the receptionist to a highly professional treatment by the dentist and hygienist. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

No problems whatsoever with this dentist. Was reminded multiple times to attend via text which is good with me as I tend to forget things. Receptionist staff lovely as always alway welcoming and very professional at what they do. Was seen dead on the time for my appointment and was very professional and gave good advice. Would recommend this dentist to anyone!!!

Had a good experience with this practice. Had a new crown fitted privately where both visits, one for prep and measuring, second for the actual fit, were very comfortable. Practice is pleasant and has obviously had a complete refurb in the last couple of years so everything looks clean and fresh. My dentist is very confident and quite pleasant and takes care to ensure everything is ok. My only little niggle is that the appointments are never on time you almost always have to over wait and not just by 5- 10 minutes o no point getting there early. All in all would recommend.

Ivona the dentist, is very gentle friendly and actually cares.. she saved my tooth that probably wasn't really savable. Very grateful. She also sees my autistic daughter and she is fantastic with her

Staff are always very friendly The atmosphere is always warm an welcoming, only thing I had 4 fillings last time 2 had fallen out, was told they were only shallow so best to leave them as they would probably fall out again

From being contacted to having my treatment was first class. Everyone I delt with were super friendly, easy to make the appointment. The dentist phoned me in advance to explain every detail that was going to happen with my treatment. Plenty of information sent via email also to read through & explain. On the day everything was explained again, very quick & excellent care taken. The aftercare was explained & left with data sheet for the aftercare. Cannot praise enough, first class attention from start to finish.

My dentist is amazing and is working hard to resolve and I have 100 percent confidence we will get there.
