Excellent Customer Service
Easy to order and was kept updated on delivery, Excellent on price although my bed was delivered a day early and no one was home they did try several times to let me know they would deliver early but unfortunately I do not have service at my work so they left it out front. when I messaged to complain they were very apologetic luckily my husband came home early. when unpacking the bed I could see that the bed knobs were the wrong ones so I emailed to say and they were absolutely brilliant I received mail back near on straight away and a phone call saying that they had a batch that had been delivered wrongly to them and that they would send out the correct knobs straight away, I did say about returning the wrong ones but the lady said no please keep them so now I can have two looks to the bed :) the service I have received has been above and beyond and would definitely use again. the bed looks great and i am really pleased with my purchase.
