The team informed me that they were running late with the previous appointment. Answered all questions. Did all validation before leaving. They had to re-lay the fiber cable as they weren't satisfied with the speed/numbers they were getting.

My family and I have the honor of being the FIRST customers to have ZoomOnline fiber optic in the USA. From the moment we were introduced, (during the sales pitch), to the last minute before going live, it has been a very pleasurable and easy process. We were kept in the loop during the initial work to place equipment around the neighborhood and kept up to date on our installation. Being first was not without minor challenges, but this team worked together and found the best solution for a quick resolution to have our service live within the timeframe provided. We were looking to replace our internet service provider and are extremely happy with the choice to ZoomOnline fiber optic.

Your app needs work. Changing the SSID and password is problematic unless you are knowledgeable. Phone tech support solved the problem with me and system is working fine. Coverage is good through out the house.

Originally, I wanted their lowest tier of service, and was repeatedly told it would suffice, but the installers who came to install inside the house insisted it wouldn't so I needed the next up tier because we have a smart home.
They originally positioned their modem/router where it would require a (monthly fee added) extender.
After a bit of testing and my explaining, they figured out they had to put the modem/router where I told them to, and then they did it with professional dispatch - and cleaned up very, very well after themselves. And wow, I don't need an extender.
It works magnificently, so I accepted the $98/month service and I just cancelled Cox.
Their work on every level from digging holes in the street to boring holes in my walls was very, very (astonishingly) professional. Only the "upsell" is a disappointment. But the service on all my devices is just perfect.

The placement of the access port posted a MAJOR installation challenge. What probably should have been a 2 hour job ended up 8 hours. Installers were very dedicated to doing the job right - and I’m happy with the outcome.

From the moment they came to our door, I knew we were dealing with knowledgeable professionals offering a great internet service. They were very communicative and called when they said they would and showed up when they said they would. The internet works fantastic! Never down. Much less expensive than Cox. Very pleased with their product and customer service!
