Great response to loss of internet connection

Was able to easily get transferred to a person. Scheduling the technician was easy and a reasonable day was selected that met my schedule. The tech was here first thing in the morning and quickly found the two problems - fiber optic line that had been chewed and a bad modem. Everything quickly fixed and back on line.

OpenInfra has good customer service

The installer was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
Whenever I called for tech or customer service, it was easy to get help. And after we could no longer use OptyxBroadband or OpenInfra, I was quickly refunded for part of the month, and Emil helped me to return the equipment.

I had been moving for the past few…

I had been moving for the past few weeks and disconnected our internet modem in the process of getting things ready. Once everything was done and reconnected, it had been well over a week and the internet was not working. It was super late and a long shot, but thankfully they were still there and the young lady who helped me got me up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Never had bad experience with them and they are always quick to get issues resolved should you have any or just need to ask questions.

Shout out to Karlo at Infinity Broadband

I wanted to give a shout out to Karlo at Infinity Broadband Support. I had to change service providers for the fiber we have, and because we are in a rural part of Denton County, we didn't have a lot of options to choose from. We went with Infinity Broadband, and I have to say - Karlo in their support team is exceptional. He was very persistent to find the source of the issue we were having even when it appeared it was was our end, not theirs. He worked the issue with us until it was solved. And yes, it was on our end! He was so polite and considerate - and very helpful!

Open Infra Customer Service is Excellent!

I was recently contacted by Alexander Stern of the Open Infra Customer Service team who asked if I would consider re-starting my fiber internet service which I had discontinued a few months earlier. After chatting with Alexander, I decided to re-instate Open infra's fiber service. I am very pleased with the service which has been up for about a month now.

In addition to the speed of our internet connection, I must highlight the superior customer service that Alexander delivered. He listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and dispatched a local field service team to resolve the issue of where the fiber entered into our home. Blake and his team were professional, efficient and brought a friendly, "can-do" attitude.

Alexander has been on-point with follow-up at every stage of the process.

I am impressed and pleased with the services that Alexander, Blake and the Open Infra team are providing, and I would not hesitate to recommend Open Infra Fiber Service if it is available in your area.

Very Helpful

I received a personal response to my email on the same day I sent it. Rence was very professional and patiently walked me through what needed to be done to resolve my issue. My interaction with Rence confirmed that my decision to use Open Infra as our provider was the right one.

Vince was very helpful with changing my plan. I am technology challenged and he listened to me explain in my terms and then determined what to do. He said he would followup with me and he did that in less time than he estimated. Very good customer service.

The customer service rep was complete…

The customer service rep was complete and comprehensive and made sure the account and service was properly cancelled. I had tried to cancel previously and the service was NOT cancelled as previously expected. When the service worked it was mostly less than expected (speed)however, too many service outages and disruptions along with previously poor customer service made me have to change my ISP.
