Insulation guys were great, but we tried it for a few days. It did not work for our TVs nor our Internet needs more work done as bugs in the lines are canceling our subscription to this.

Installation was a little delayed due to issue with connecting to the box at the street. Your team was quick to send additional help to resolve the connection issue. I’m hopeful the internet performance will be more consistent than Cox.

At the bottom of the router shows two wifi signals, ZoomOnline_xx and ZoomOnline_xx_5G.
On the day of installation, my computer can only see ZoomOnline_xx.
Makesure you call customer service to setup the ZoomOnline_xx_5G so that you can connect to either one. The ZoomOnline_xx_5G is faster but shorter range. Setup your computer on mobile devices on auto connect to both. This way, when one signal is weak, your devices will auto connect to the strongest signal.

Tech was nice and helpful, but took way too long to run the line and install. Tech also forgot to seal outside box with silicone.

Service seems good so far.

As of this writing there is no way to put the provided ONT/Router combo into bridged mode so Double NAT is a requirement and port forwarding to my internal servers is problematic.

Scheduling was not explained well. I spoke to your rep and we set a date and time for “installation” then I was contacted by someone else who needed to meet with me and schedule trenching before the install.
Also, no one ever explained the levels of service/bandwidth, cost of each, equipment needed, etc. for me to choose the right level of service for me.
Also, I can’t figure out how to get myself set up in your Customer Portal.

I don't where the fiber optic cables are buried. This makes if difficult to do sprinkler system repairs.

We've had a good 1st week with the internet service. Great connectivity (no drops) and faster speeds than our Cox Gigablast. That said, the communication could have been better, given the fact that there are several contractors involved in getting the service up and running. I counted 4 different subcontractors involved in the eventual provision of service. The team that laid the underground conduit was fairly efficient. An improvement to the process would have been to speak to the residents, or provide flyers a week before so that expectations could be set. I heard more than a few grumbles from neighbors not appreciative to have had a section of their driveway, sidewalk and/or landscaping disturbed without any information. The small junction box and the conduit that runs up to the corner of my house is all fine but the landscaping is certainly going to need fixing. Several large rocks were removed and simply tossed aside. The crushed granite rock is mostly dirt today as the top layer is now buried. Some decent sized roots from our gigantic ficus tree were found laying on the ground, a result of the digging for the junction box. I was able to speak to a coupe of guys about the fiber cable run into my home and even allowed one of them to climb into the crawlspace above the garage. Unfortunately, the information and plans were not communicated to the installer who showed up on a Monday morning, unaware of any of the prior discussions. He was a subcontractor as well. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, just under-communicated in terms of what to expect.

Installation happened as scheduled and the installers were very professional and courteous. Then listened well as I had specific needs for where the install in my home should take place and they executed and and asked appropriate questions. They speed is delightfully fast and connected to my existing network quickly and seamlessly.

Recently swapped over to ZoomOnline after they installed fiber in my neighborhood in Arizona. Install went well and when I had some issues with the network configuration and what I was trying to do, they were quick to provide a solution that fit my needs. So far, I highly recommend ZoomOnline!

The equipment installer did a great job. He was polite and well informed. Prior to him those installing the line to the house just showed up. There was no communication, in fact we did not know that the installation would take place over two days. Not good when work schedules need adjusting.
