Non professional behaviour. The guys there are at jobs but not doing their jobs
If there was an option to select zero star rating i would have done that. They were the most non professionals people you can come across. I ordered new car from them and it was ready for delivery at dealership but it took Zenith team over 5 working days to just send an email to dealership despite being chased everyday. They dont even bother to respond to emails either. The delays are understanable when its due circumstances beyond your control but its quite annoying if this happens just due to sheer non chalant attitude and poor customer service. I regret choosing them for ordering my car.

Still no car after 4 months (projected delivery 2-3 months)
Ordered a car through my work scheme, projected delivery July-August. Now mid Sept and still no car. Have had emails to say the car is in final checks and then others say it's still on order. Emailed customer service and no response after 24+ hours. Quote number 11218808. Not good enough.

Zenith neglected to focus on my safety
The call handler at Zenith was aware that I was stranded alone on a narrow verge of a 60 mph road in the wind and rain following a tyre blowing out but wanted to discuss my thoughts on the reason for the blown tyre ahead of arranging the needed help.
