Having been very impressed with Truespeed’s transfer of my EE broadband to Truespeed and the customer service I received, I am less than impressed with the waiting time on 1st April 2026 when I wanted to speak to someone. I waited over an hour with an automated voice saying I would be put through shortly. After 62 minutes I hung up and sent an email with regard to my account and a credit note I was due to receive. There followed several emails (no telephone communication) over the next 10 days between us. At last, today (10th April) the problem has finally been resolved. To be unable to easily speak to a particular department (on this occasion the accounts department) is completely unacceptable and frustrating. The aftercare has definitely proved to be lacking. Truespeed is the only Company I have dealt with that doesn’t have the facility for me to see my account online and monitor payments etc. The product they are offering is very good but the infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired.
Yet again another positive experience with true speed who provided patience with us whilst we were switching. Stu Munslow is a credit to the company! Quick, professional and excellent service during installation.

Truespeed said they would portage a phone number within 7-14 days maximum from a company which is actually theirs, County Broadband, to Truespeed. They failed to do this. The phone was for a 90 year old person with dementia, no phone and email, which was repeatedly made clear to them. They said that it had been done and 2 days later it wasn't, so they are dishonest. In addition, they say they have a customer service number, but the times I have waited are up to 25 minutes and then the line cuts, is repeated. So it doesn't seem anyone is in the customer service department. I would not recommend this company to anyone , particularly if they are a vulnerable person. They don't care and don't tell the truth.

Ryan O'Neil and Dave Q.W - Absolutely lovely guys who made the whole process easy and stress free. They went above and beyond in making sure the box was in an aesthetically pleasing location rather than putting it in the easiest spot. The installation was seamless, and they made sure everything was up and running before they left. Thank you

Avoid Truespeed like the plague. Sales tactic is to offer you a great deal which only lasts 12 months, but they assure you that if contact them again at the end of term, you should get a "similar" discount at renewal. Unfortunately, this is not the case and the price almost doubles (went up from £39 to £72 a month). The best discount they could provide was down to £62 a month. Of course, this assumes anyone answers the phone to agree a new monthly fee, as I tried multiple times over the last few months, where the phone went unanswered before I 'gave up'! Really disappointing that this type of activity is still permitted and they really need to do better.

I needed a second broadband package for my holiday let which needed a new connection. Matthew V dealt with this from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout with calls & emails nothing was to much trouble. Excellent service for the past 5 years, always easy to talk with and definitely the best broadband we have ever had being rural!

I was convinced phone companies were focused on giving the cheapest/lowest level of service to maximise profits. When I swapped from E-E to True Speed, it was a revelation. Matthew was polite, friendly and totally competent. He gave truly exceptional, excellent service. Well done Matthew, well done Truespeed.
If this is anything to go by, I feel sure the switch will go according to plan.

From start to finish great communication and everything happened as promised and when promised including running a new line for internet to the house. Bradley fitted the internal wiring today, a really neat and tidy job and used existing openings and trunking to avoid disruption. Everything works well and at the promised speed. Recommend without reservation.

Adam and Tim made the process of beginning a switch to truespeed. Installation booked in and the switch process explained. If the installation and commissioning go as smoothly as the order process I’ll be a very happy customer.

Wifi speed good but the router is awful and doesnt cover house like BT router does. They are saying I now need to buy the mesh extenders at £7 per month each !! Never needed to with previous broadband providers .
Wish i didn't move to them but now stuck!

I previously had trouble getting through to Truespeed. I had waited an hour during the week with no luck. I tried again today Saturday 4th April. I heard music and thought oh no but Ben answered and was extremely helpful. Got me a great package of speeds of 600 for £40 a month wow! Great service thank you Ben for your efficiency and making the customer experience worth the call.
