Was easy to chat to about my concerns about range and indeed was correct i have Internet all round my whole property very happy..
He was chill about me smoking going about my housework (I know lot of people dont smoke anymore)
A lot of non smokers nowadays find it insulting smoking around them because they don't. I hate that in my own home.

07/04/2026 - Continuation of cabling to the Router location, workmanship ok. Connecting and setup of the router; high speed Fibre worked straight out the box!
16/04/2026 - Telephone number porting completed; working as expected.

Extra easy install - Stu Munslow and Jake were stars
Stu and Jake came to fit our wifi and I could t have asked for better people to do so. They were both extremely polite and helpful and made sure that I knew all that was going on. They gave me some tips and were genuinely really nice guys. Thank you both

Great service
So nice to be able to talk to an actual person straight away, rather than huge waiting time or ‘speaking’ to a computer! Matthew was great, he went through everything and listened to what I needed for my household.
Truespeed also help with the cancellation of any previous contract.

Top of the class. Had my new installation done yesterday by Ryan & Jake. Could not have gone better.
Work was done quickly and with considerable care.
System working perfectly with as advertised speeds.
Wifi speed around the house is excellent with no dead spots.
