Truespeed Flash Sale destroys existing customer loyalty
Truespeed is having a flash sale, on very favourable terms, but not allowing existing customers to join in.
Have their marketing team not considered the impact on existing loyal customers?
I have had a very favourable experience with the company, over the past 2 years, but to find out (in the small print) that existing customers are excluded and new customers are guaranteed x3 my speed, for the extended period of 24 months, for less than I currently pay destroys my trust - and in my opinion is sharp practice.
At a time when everyone's pressed for cash, this is galling.

It took Four years to get my installation actually started and they didn't charge me until the installation was actually done and they kept in touch until we got clearing for it. Anthony N door knocked and for the first time ever I feel like they were a zero pressure conversation rather than a hard sell. Took a while for me to buy due to contracts but again it was low pressure.
Stu M installed and was super nice and friendly and informative. There was a whole team turned up but having assessed the effort required for this job he did it alone and encouraged the team to move onto the next one. This impressed me because I feel like most people would've taken the chance to....chill....but it felt like he wanted the best for the business which was really nice to see.
WiFi is SO much better than VM as well, honestly couldn't be happier.

Dave Williams was brilliant, easy to understand and everything he promised was delivered. I received a phone call to organise the transfer shortly after he left, the service was superb and I was kept informed at every stage. I felt as though I was dealing with humans. Jake you absolute legend, you saved the day and we can’t thank you enough!
We had our install booked in for today, and one engineer turned up that wasn’t experienced enough left without doing the job.
Jake saw the job was outstanding and took it upon himself to come and help. He got the job completed, was friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
Jake is an absolute credit to Truespeed, without him we wouldn’t have had our new broadband today. 10/10 Once again thank you very much.
