I've placed an order for a chipper on Monday morning and it arrive on Tuesday morning.
They have kept in touch with me about what happened.
The driver was very friendly.

The storage box is excellent and was easy to put together. I have already told several people about the affordability of the box and where I purchased it. What's better is that it cleaned up all the grandchildren's outdoor toys, and I now have less trouble getting them to put the toys away. A win-win.

Well we are officially done with trade tested products 🙄.
We bought a dog cage awesome product but when you as a company quote that your products are for New Zealand conditions this i find false advertising. So we had winds and the wind tore the cage. So thank you for wasting our time. This time I will not delete the review because you asked us too in exchange for a full refund of the greenhouse that we bought from you also along with the double garage that was all rusted and you gave us a $200 store credit as compensation. No this time you don't control what i write. YOU ARE SCAMMERS!!!

This is a well-built machine which splits logs with ease if they are Green, but with dry wood that is knotty, it can struggle with and may require more than one pass but to split the wood. All in all, I'm very pleased with my Hyundai 7-ton log splitter and would recommend this all folks who are looking for a home log splitter...This 7 ton log splitter punches well above it's weight and will handle most home jobs well, but if you have a lot of big trees to split Trade Tested offer larger log splitters!

Absolute awesome service

We bought a greenhouse from Trade Tested and the experience has been awful, largely due to very poor customer service. The kit that arrived was missing several crucial pieces: the communication with Trade Tested about this was very frustrating. Emails back and forth with various staff members went round in circles as they seemed to not understand which product we were referring to! It took weeks and escalating to angry phone calls to finally get the missing parts dispatched. When the parts arrived, one had been broken in transit. An email to Trade Tested just elicited a bland response about ‘escalating the issue’. In the end, months after our original purchase, we just got on and built our greenhouse with the broken part. If you have any option I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with Trade Tested.

Online ordering is intuitive and easy to use. Delivery is prompt and on time. The product is so much easier to don and remove compared to other products. It’s the second pair that I’ve ordered. The first pair sustained major damage from a chainsaw but prevented a significant injury!

The kit I bought was cheaper than I could buy it from the company that makes it, so I had to do a double check but it was correct, and it came very quickly, delivered by courier in a couple of days. Very good service.

Got quite a few things of trade tested and a couple pricey items failed and needed replaced and one refunded

the team refunded my money and sent a new item to replace on, no problems and with out fuss

I recently bought the Greenworks 40V Lawnmower 460mm + Line Trimmer 4.0Ah Kit, and was really pleasantly surprised by the top quality products received. Both items had really clear instructions and were very easy to assemble, and they are both also very easy to operate and have delivered the exact result that I was hoping to achieve with this purchase - easy lawn maintenance. Fast delivery from ordering online. Perfect size for my Motorhome and very powerful and fast to blow up an airbed. Very easy to store it away in the box for quick find. Only had it a few weeks and have highly recommended it to fellow motorhomers & my family. My sister in law took a photo of it to get the correct one.

5 stars we purchased a 2x5mtr greenhouse, dont waste time and gas like me lol looking around in the big competitive warehouses they dont sell them, get online Tradetested have a easy to navigate website, It was delivered to our door fast, with a smile, and we live in the middle of nowhere, it was very easy to assemble, doors at either end, windows along the sides, everything in perfect order, very happy to be growing all year round, will be getting another one soon🙂

I purchased a water feature and it arrived very quickly I was so excited, put it together and it had a wee leak, I got in touch with Trade Test they tried 3 times before they got hold of me, very apologetic they didn't have another one in stock and I got a full refund 2 days later, so very easy to deal with and since then have heard from others who say the same, thank you Trade Tested
