I arranged to buy a shed and they held it till I was able to secure the foundation for it. They answered all my questions and am now a happy owner of my garden shed. My handymen were impressed with the quality of the shed, and my friends are too.

I ordered a workbench for my husband. There was a missing part, one of the nine boxes. When I looked into it, they said there was nothing they could do; when they scan a box, it automatically confirms the whole package. I asked to see the video surveillance of each package going on the delivery truck. They said there was nothing they could do, and they were happy to leave me without the piece. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend buying their products.

DO NOT TRUST THESE THEIVES We purchased a greenhouse with polycarbonate panels about 2 and half years ago.
While instructions were a bit vague, we managed to get it built and has stool strong for the entire period and has been a great edition to our garden.
UNFORTUNATELY the panels have now deteriorated to the point that we're are finding holes and cracks all over.
It's still in the warranty period for the panels ,and company has offered to replace all panels.
However ,I dont see value in buying a product that WILL need to be rebuilt every 2 or so years ....
If a product is not fit for purpose, ie; not withstand our climate ,then I dont see value in that over the long term.
UPDATE ,THESE THEIVES HAVE REPLACED ALL PANELS EXCEPT FOR 2 AND THEY LOOK LIKE OFFCUTS ,WHICH ARE GOING TO BE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO FIT ,UNEVEN CUTS AND SHAPES ALL ROUND !!

Not one of the best, use ur own suntuff screws to keep it water tight. Screws, instructions are very poor. They leak like hell, spent approximately 1500NZD on my both large sheds. Flashings etc is very very poor.
This is my first and last buy.

Absolutely love my veggie boxes, what a lovely surprise to find some plastic garden labels and a pair of gloves, top of the notch for customer service and delivery, I am one very happy customer.

I bought a Cantilever sunbrella umbrella. I paid online and got a confirmation. Then l was told not instock. Then later that day they found the last one..however the product arrived with a different umbrella. A black sunbrella canopy in a different box. Not what l expected. Top of umbrella all scratched. The sewing on the canopy is terrible. They assumed l would assemble the cheaper umbrella with the black canopy one. Not explanation.
They have resisted any fully refunded return. I am very disappointed by emails saying they will help me. However still no resolve. Now getting advice on how to get this product returned at their cost and fully refunded.

Worst shed I have ever tried to assembly, parts missing, overly complex- days to assemble and really poor quality

Don't buy these sheds. Ours has rusted out completely within 2 years. We complained but they said we lived too close to the sea for them to do anything. We are one km from a coastal inlet with no waves, as a lot of NZ!

Zero instructions on assembly redid 3. Times as you put a lot up before you realise you missed a step. Very flimsy , Ours has fully collapsed in the wind. If one panel pops out you have to half dismantle the wile house to get it back in. Waste of $10,000.

Bought a small 1.72M X 1.3M shed for our garden and told it was simple to assemble. Not true. Asked a local handyman for help and he declined the job as he had done one of these previously and said "never again". Wish I had talked to him before buying the shed! Very unclear assembly instructions. You need a pop rivet gun - how many people have those in their toolbox? Had to use additional bolts and screws to ensure that it was solid and stable. No help or advice from the company in response to our queries. Took 2 of us 2 whole days to complete once we had borrowed the pop rivet gun and learnt how to use it.

Dissatisfied
We bought a 3M X 6M greenhouse for $3,024 from Steelmates NZ. The instructions were poor and we had difficulty putting it together. We contacted professionals to do it for us and they quoted $3,058 to assemble it. Little assistance provided by business.

Don't believe the feedback onsite. They only publish positive feedback.
I purchased one of the green houses. Price & delivery were good. Quality control, packaging and instructions were substandard.
