Our 12 month old puppy has an on- switch for barking but the off-switch malfunctions most of the time. The sonic/vibrating bark collar only took 2 days to repair the on & off barking switches. Brilliant product we highly recommend this item.

I’m also very happy with my purchase (A Brabantia clothes airer). I’ve always found Brabantia products to feel much more solidly made than most, and this Clothes Airer has continued that experience.

Rung up to split my order (one item wasn’t in stock) asked to send the rest of the order. They said they would do this so I had it before Xmas. Heard nothing. Rung again but actually hadn’t done anything to dispatch it. So will miss this gift for Xmas as they could no longer guarantee delivery.

Trade Tested were so helpful and fast at replying to my questions about a product line. They were out of stock but followed up with positive confirmed dates for delivery. I purchased an umbrella a few weeks ago from trade tested . There are so many outdoor umbrellas on the market today very daunting searching for the right one . Value for my $$ good strong product checking reviews . I have never shopped at Trade tested before . I actually wasn’t sure if it was open to the public. Their service at the counter was very welcoming lovely friendly chap . I had no idea i needed a number for car park space delivery . A quick web search for a stand up paddle board rack took me to Tradetested. I wasn't entirely sure about what they had but the reviews were pretty good. From purchasing online through to collection everything was easy as. Communicaiton was top notch and the boys in the retail store and warehouse were awesome.
The product itself is fantastic! I have a stand up paddle board and long board sitting on it. It is free standing and not fixed to the ground or wall which is amazing. The instructions for construction were clear and easy to follow.

Product arrived promptly and is of a good quality. Everything is as the website indicated. 100% satisfied.

What a great buy, we have had alot of use and we've only had it a month. It's safe, my husband fell off the roof 3 years ago so we are pretty cautious. Have used it to do our high hedges, next is painting windows on the second storey. It's easy for 2 oldies to put together and maneuver around, plus we don't have to pay scaffold hire. It also stores quite compactly, we are very pleased with our purchase thankyou. Lynda.

We were given regular updates on when the trampoline would arrive - right up until 30 minutes before it was due to be delivered.
I was surprised at how easy it was to put together.
Once complete, it looked awesome. The kids use it daily and have hours of fun.
I also appreciated the after-purchase follow-up from Richard the Founder/GM to see if we were happy with our purchase and if we had any questions. This is excellent customer service!

Having a mower that was self propelling with swivel front wheels, and electric start makes mowing so much easier. We bought the Hyundai, specifically for this reason. No complaints so far. Considering the 5 in 1 package for the rest of the yard. As a pensioner this is awesome. Thanks.

Service and delivery was excellent.

My section has limited space after our new build and I needed a small shed to put my lawn mower and gardening tools and materials in. I didn't want one that required hundreds of rivets and a wooden floor at an extra cost. I did a search for sheds and came accross the Keter Cortina Alto Shed 1.4m x 0.7m advertised on the Trade tested web site. When ordering they explained there would be a couple of weeks delay. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. The delivery was made exactly as they said it woud be and the shed itself is perfect for my use. Looking further on their web site there is a great variety of products that can be obtained from them. I will definitely make them my first choice for other requirements should I need any.

I found the Trade Tested website really easy to navigate and, once I decided on my cost-effective purchases, the delivery times were excellent, as were the quality of the products received. I brought a hammer concrete drill for a build on my property, for the price i payed i think it was a grate deal and it even had drill bit set with concrete broker bar and chisel bit.
Worked very well no problem.
