I purchase a self drive e-start Hyundai mower. I contacted customer service to report a significant fault. I was asked to send a video showing the problem which I did. The service person apparently did not bother to read my texts and e-mails and kept asking the same questions. After contacting the service manager they sent a replacemen mower. Excellent customer service.

Ordered steel shelving [had a few items from Trade Tested and had no issues] - delivered 8 days later via fliways. The package was damaged and when I checked the parts the 4 rubber feet were missing. Advised trade tested - 3 working days later still no resolution so asked. Advised 10-12 weeks to replace the missing rubber feet??? The CGA in NZ states parts need to be available in a reasonable time - not reasonable and the goods are not what I paid for. I look forward to some rubber feet so I can assemble the shelf and use my garage.

The website was easy to make my purchase, easy instructions. When my workshop arrived it was neatly packed and condensed into 2/2 making it smooth to assemble. All the parts were in there and not damaged. Very happy customer indeed. Would of loved to get the flooring with the bundle, however had wood already to do the job. Will defintley be purchasing off trade tested again.

I had a great experience with Trade Tested! When the item I purchased went missing during delivery, their customer service team was so helpful and quick to sent out a replacement. It arrived just in time to go under the tree for Christmas, and my 2-year-old absolutely loved it!

Wow. The Strol Garden Stax garden bed really is easy to assemble. did it on my own and only used a hammer for one pin. Can't believe how easy it was. Genius invention who ever came up with it. Online order for delivery and subsequent in person visit to depot in Mangare both positive experiences. I'm impressed. Finished putting in plants yesterday

I first noticed Trade Tested louvered roof on line. The advertising is attractive and informative. I visited someone nearby who had installed one of these items and felt happy with the quality of the product so contacted Trade Tested who were helpful.
Once I placed my order it arrived within a few days, delivered by a very efficient carrier.
I employed a Landscaper to install it and it was erected in less than a day. It has given me the shade I required during hot weather and protected my outdoor furniture on rainy days.

Recieved our awning and it is well made and works really well, certainly not disappointed with our purchase and great service.

You can buy the product online and collect or see it in store. They have great customer service.

Good sturdy easily assembled mobile scaffold at a great price. Sometimes I use the wheels, but if there's a couple of guys its easy enough to shift it without them. Delivery took a few days but no complaints.
