Having been messed about by our water supplier over an outside main pipe leak for over two months, we ultimately decided not to wait any longer and contacted ADI Leak detection around 11.30am on the 24 August, spoke with a very helpful person, Lauren I think, and we were promised someone would be with us within 2 and a half hours. A very helpful Kristof arrived around 1.45 and had detected the underground leak within 30mins. Everything was dug out, pipe cut out, replaced/repaired and the hole refilled and levelled. He then checked all the indoor taps and toilets and cleared any pipes or filters that had been clogged with grit etc., leaving around 6.00pm Kristof said any issues please feel free to call us.
We were contacted again a few days later by ADI to make sure we were happy with everything.
All in all a great service that we would recommend to anyone. Thanks, Phil Patterson.

Fantastic service from start to finish. On initial contact they were thorough and supportive in helping carry out some trouble shooting. Prompt and clear in arranging for an engineer to attend. The engineer who attended (Simon) was very thorough and professional in identifying the leak and explained the options clearly which he followed up with a detailed report. He has excellent knowledge and experience in this work. Delighted with the service I received and more than happy to recommend the Leak Detection Company.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and great to deal with..

I had very good interactions in the build-up to their survey, they found the leak and fixed it efficiently.
Both engineers who attended were very professional. It doesn't come cheap, but "happy" to pay for top-quality service.

The backroom staff were friendly and efficient when setting up the appointment. The engineer (Simon) was also friendly, punctual, helpful and found the source of the leak. The company's policy of responding to all reviews, whether good or bad, also provides comfort that you're dealing with an honourable business.

Great service and quick responses from both engineer and office staff to arrange a visit. Engineer was comprehensive and very thorough, but also incredibly clear in explaining each step. Follow up report will prove invaluable for next steps, insurance claim etc. Big shout out to Jamie for his help, and to Claire in the office for arranging so quickly.

Jono at the Leak Detection Company was incredible. We were experiencing lots of escaped water under the floor in our flat, which was causing us a lot of concern. Jono was calm, highly skilled and passionate about finding the source. The words "I'm not leaving here until I find the source of this" gave me great comfort during the investigations. In the end, Jono got on to the trail of the source using his experience and nouse built up over many years. His expertise and passion to get a result for us was really first class. Excellent all round.

We had excellent service from this company. My mother had a mains water leak into her house. We were able to pick up a cancellation space and their engineer, Jonathan, arrived the same day. Jonathan was brilliant, he has a 'can do' attitude. He managed to survey, identify the leak and fix it in just a few hours. He also provided a report to send to our insurers.

Easy to book an appointment over the phone and as non urgent we were happy to wait a few days for someone to come and sort out the problem which was a suspected pipe leak within a wall in the downstairs toilet.

Jonathan arrived on time and was able to detect the leak which he identified as a leak from the base of toilet system hidden within some joinery in the bathroom above the damp wall downstairs.

The leak was secured but unfortunately he was unable to get a part to replace the old toilet system in the allocated 3hours as it had to be ordered.

Jonathon was friendly, knowledgable and very capable.

Detailed information was provided about the fees involved. Probably a bit too much detail and although pricey it was a job that had to be done to secure the leak.

I booked this company for a leak detection service in my flat, which cost over £500. Unfortunately, the service fell short of professional standards for several reasons:

​- Property Damage: The technician damaged my bathtub during the inspection and failed to inform me about it. I only discovered the damage after they had left.
​- Incomplete Reporting: The report omitted essential details required to fix the leak, specifically the pipe measurements. As a result, I had to measure the pipe myself to provide the necessary information to the plumber carrying out the repair.

​For a service costing more than £500, I expected transparent communication, careful work, and a comprehensive report. Having to complete the measurements myself and dealing with undisclosed damage to the bath was very disappointing.
