THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY Bewertungen

It was so easy from start to finish. Booking was smooth and the whole team is super professional. Really happy with the quality of the job and service

Great communication, well presented, knowledgeable, helpful......solved a problem many others didnt! Would highly recommend.

I have a relatively large leak somewhere in my system (1 bar per 24 hours). 6 hours work - no leak found! Massive bill. Website promises so much but for me nothing, Just lots of money down the drain.

From my first conversation with Claire, I felt I was in very capable hands. She took the time to understand my situation and explained the leak detection process in detail, including how the insurance claim would work with my provider, AA plc. Claire was extremely helpful and managed to arrange an appointment much sooner than other companies I contacted, who were quoting waiting times of up to two weeks.

Today, Simon came out to carry out the work, and he was an absolute gentleman. He explained every step of the process clearly and in detail, fixed the issue efficiently, and demonstrated great skill and professionalism throughout. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions.

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Both Claire and Simon were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing leak detection services.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company from beginning to end.

We were advised by a building surveyor that the damp wall that we had in our kitchen was possibly due to a leaking pipe rather than rising damp, but that it would be difficult to locate the source.

The Leak Detection Company managed to locate and fix the leaking water pipe which was buried beneath a concrete floor.

I was particularly impressed by Clare in the office and Elliot the engineer who arrived on time, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and using specialist equipment fixed the leak.

I would definitely recommend this company.

The Technician arrived and promptly found and fixed the leak we had on the water supply line. Great service, would recommend.

Really helpful, nice guy. He found the problem and we’re really happy with the service.

The engineer that came to visit us was excellent, knowledgeable and kept us informed all the way through.

Anthony was very professional andgave us reassurancethat we had no leaks Arrived on time and did a good job. would reccomend again and gave a report next day

The service from The Leak Detection Company was brilliant from start to finish. The office staff Samantha & Kim responded promptly and were very accommodating.
On the day of the appointment, engineer Anthony was great and worked diligently to identify the leak. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, explaining things clearly throughout the process. Anthony carried out the fix work promptly and neatly. Thank you for all your help!

Very professional service. Turned up on time and thoroughly tested everything. Jamie was very helpful and explained everything he was doing as well as what needed to be done to fix the issues. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding work. Went above and beyond to help identify the issue

Andrew Wyeth did an excellent job for us! Very informative, very patient and thorough. Would highly recommend.

This company is very professional. They replied promptly to my enquiry and followed up with text messages. Managed to fit us in even on Good Friday. Arrived promptly for appointment and went about the task of finding a leak in our CH system with efficiency explaining what they were doing. It wasn't a leak as such but probably an evaporation leak as valves on radiators were loose. The system has been working without problems now and it was great peace of mind to have it sorted. A written report was sent with recommendations . Thank you

I recently had Elliott from a leak detection company come out to investigate a suspected issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. From start to finish, Elliott was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.

He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining each step of the process in a clear and reassuring way. His expertise was evident as he quickly and accurately identified the source of the leak with minimal disruption. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done properly.

Not only did he resolve the issue efficiently, but he also offered helpful advice on preventing similar problems in the future. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy in their work.

I highly recommend Elliott to anyone in need of leak detection services—an absolute credit to his company.

Professional service throughout. Arrived on time, respectful of property, worked systematically to identify the leak. The service isn’t cheap - but you are paying for peace of mind.

Was easy to book, lovely lady on the phone. Our leak detector Simon was a very pleasant person to deal with. Was thorough in testing visible signs, then took to the gas to delve deeper. We were a little concerned when nothing was showing, but the last place he visited showed a spike in gas, then he tested for dampness and bullseye - he’d found the leak. Some joiners had put a pin through a pipe 😭. Was very pleased to find the cause of our issues after many many weeks scratching our heads. The only minor negative was the price which came to nearly £800 to find the leak (up to 3 hours) and 1.5 hours to cap the pipes. However, you can potentially claim on insurance - but in our case the excess was nearly as much. Surprise, surprise the joiners are not returning my messages. If you want a leak found then these guys are impressive, but it’ll cost.

Easy to make an appointment and all fully explained. Engineer was on time and was very helpful with all aspects of the service. All completed on time and full report issued the next day with everything explained.
