80/20 was not for me, Dan’s behaviour for a grown man is odd

After months of following Dan on Tik Tok, seeing numerous folk messaging him on this platform with success stories I decided after much consideration to sign up for the VIP plan at a cost of £99 a month.
For that money I paid I was bombarded with emails which I would sit and read and videos to watch.
I was sent out forms to complete and also allocated a massive amount of calories and promised the process will work.
I was allocated as a VIP member allocated a 30 minute phone call once a month with my coach Liam, now Liam is a gem, a lovely guy who is qualified and does know what he is talking about, Liam went above and beyond keeping in touch weekly with me instead of monthly.
The academy I thought was strange, it was the same people posting and all posts are vetted firstly by legends who as far as I could make out are just people who have done the 80/20 programme. As adults can we not be trusted to post what we feel necessary when it is a private group? Not allowed to mention weight or anything negative?
The lives were on at times of the day difficult to make, I did however one day join a live, I then plucked up the courage to ask a question to be told “dude go back and watch the start of this live” … really???
Then there was a massive post put on the academy page by Dan, it was all about trolls, his mental health at different stages of his life, how he has suffered in his life, how any negativity would be banned..this I just found so odd. To me the entire post he had written was negative, now this just didn’t sit well with me as in my opinion as an adult you can ignore these people who are trolling.
As a business owner and someone who states he is a mentor who changes lives this was not professional behaviour. You don’t see The Body Coach behave like this.
Then as it happened my financial circumstances changed and I could not carry on with the plan anyway.
I emailed the team and was very honest about why I was leaving the plan and that even if I could have afforded to I would not be going any further. I had a very nicely worded reply from Sean.
For £99 a month I expect more than emails to read, yes Liam was fantastic but that was just a phone call and a few WhatsApp’s.
The plan itself I found I was eating so much food late at night just to make the calories, I lost cm’s in the first week but then gained the next 2 weeks.
Would I have carried on and trusted the process? No…how can you trust a process when you can’t actually trust the creator of the process.
Sorry Dan, I wish you well, I hope the trolls don’t get to you anymore and hope your mental health can withstand honesty you are receiving on this forum, there is a difference between honesty and trolls.

Paying member review. Let the witch hunt begin

I have thought long and hard about posting this review but I feel it is the right thing to do in case anyone is considering joining,
A brief background to where I was before I started the plan, I am a big guy and I was training 5/6 days a week in the gym 80% strength based with a bit of cardio tagged on, things were moving in the right place I was getting stronger whilst losing body fat but I was unsure on how many calories to consume, as a 20 stone 6ft 2 bloke I was on 1800 calories a day and I figured this was too low. I searched on YouTube about calculating calories and found a video by Dan Wheeler, long story short the thought of extra calories appealed to me as I'm sure it would anyone. Couple of days later I'm on TikTok and see a video by the same guy and thought 'you know what I'm gonna give this a go'. The plan comes with a 'No quibble money back guarantee (remember this as its relevant later). I signed up got my calories etc and I was allocated 3550 WOW RIGHT ?, I was greeted in the academy and I started my journey. Things where good for the first month as the increased calorie intake (eating everything I wanted) gave me the energy in the gym and although my measurements where fluctuating I didn't see it as a problem because the plan basically says 'trust the process' 'give the plan time' 'be happy as you are'. etc etc. My wife was seeing me eating tons of food and thought I want a piece of this action and joined up too. Then after 6 weeks and an increase in measurements in undesirable places (as a weight trainer I wanted certain parts of my body to increase arms etc) I contacted the team, fairly swift response from them to be honest, even one trainer called me directly (shall remain nameless) but he was fantastic and quite open telling me that the plan isn't really designed for weight lifters and taking measurements is pretty flawed as in my scenario we actually want to increase areas (as previously mentioned). We decided to decrease my calories on non training days (1 to 2 days a week) to see if we could speed the fat loss up.
I then started seeing a repetitive pattern emerging from the live academy's, people getting called out for being trolls for giving negative reviews, I asked Dan a question on TikTok and was met with quite a blunt and aggressive answer asking where all the negativity is coming from, My negativity was coming from a bloke who is paying you £125.00 for some advice and guidance and who is getting fatter by the week. My opinion rapidly changed and things started worsen to the point I couldn't even watch the lives anymore without poking holes in some of the content. I remember one guy asked a genuine question about anti depressants and how it would affect his fat loss, he was basically told to get off them because are they no good for you, this bothered me no end, how can a guy be told this info without any background info, anti depressants saved my life many years ago, and to hear a guy who in the last month has openly used the academy to vent his mental health and depression issues on numerous occasions tell someone else to stop taking medication is beyond ridiculous. Many people when posting negative reviews comment of Dan's use of marijuana during his lives, but I don't have a problem with that he's a grown man and can do as he wishes, Is it a bit unprofessional ? I will let you decide.
I am currently in my last week in the plan and cant wait to leave. Why have i stuck around this long you ask ? Well basically the money back guarantee I don't feel the plan has worked for me I am fatter and heavier than before I started in fact I am bigger than I can remember for a really long time. The no quibble money back guarantee as i have recently found out is complete and utter BS, to qualify the data you must send is ridiculous and it will never happen.

For the record I am not a troll !!! I am a trusting paying member who feels let down. Good luck to anyone attempting the program but remember on the 1st video they make a bold claim of having a 100% success rate this is false info, the most depressing thing for me is where would have been now if I hadn't found this plan and bought into it.

Sorry i wasn't a success story guys.

EDIT. I have just noticed the plan has doubled in price like seriously ? Come on guys £50 a month for a Facebook group and 2 videos a week ?

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If I could give a less than 1 star review I would.

I saw videos about this plan on Tik Tok. I asked Dan Wheeler questions about it on one of his lives, it sounded like the plan for me. I would be able to provide someone with my details such as fitness levels, weight etc and be given the perfect calories for me to achieve and fitness goals.

On sign up I awaited the emails. One of the first emails was about joining their Facebook academy, I headed off to there. I then waited and waited!!

I got emails but they were so sporadic. I got weeks 1 & 2 together but had not yet sent my form off with my details to know what calories I should be aiming for.

I enquired in the academy & was spoken to as if I was stupid, had I not seen the small box at the bottom of one of the emails (a few sent at a time)? So I went back & scrolled through & found it, it was not clear at all that you were required to click that box, especially when emails are coming thick & fast. I was left feeling very daft. I later saw on the academy others were also having an issue which leads me to believe it wasn't just me. I was told to ignore the emails in the order they came in & just focus on which week I was on & do that. That's OK but at the very beginning that left me feeling like I was just a number & this plan wasn't as personalised as I was led to believe.

I received my calories & macros. I was shocked at the calories, being given 2200, I'm 5ft 2in & 88kg. I was also told for it to succeed I must ensure I'm getting sleep & it was recommended I take melatonin which is only available online (abroad, illegal) or through a GP, I questioned this & was informed it was outdated information, so why not update it? I was also informed to succeed I must post in the academy or reply to posts, daily. Now I realise that's to save their own staff responding.

So off I go, I've paid & I ignore the red flags as I've already paid!

I was struggling to meet my macros so I questioned it, was informed don't worry about that, focus solely on calories, that kind of made no sense because why give macros then if 'calories are king'?

I did start to have more energy eating more but that level of calories I was feeling more energetic on was less than allocated, I struggled to meet the allocated ones.

I had already informed them that my health is not good, I can only do little exercise due to ailments, I was told to meet the 10k steps & drink my 2l in water. I was told i needed to be dedicated, I had to put myself first, forget about life & what else needs doing, put this plan first. I was left feeling deflated & chastised for saying I was struggling to meet their suggested calories & steps.

So I tried harder only my health deteriorated, physical & mental. I tried so hard to put my steps in & I ended up in severe pain from my condition, when I asked to lower calories due to this I was told no, the plan won't work. I was made to feel like it was my problem & I was failing. I was left feeling it mentally too. I was putting this first so other things in my life like housework etc were taking a back seat & it was making me feel low, I felt low as things in my life were piling up & pathetic because my pain (which gets me down anyway) was stopping me.

I emailed them my measurements each week. I lost 2cm on my lower belly over all, that's it, i really think that was down to bloating on & off. I put weight on but when I questioned that I was asked which plan I was on as they don't weigh & was treated as I I was stupid, I informed them that I realise we don't weigh but history made it so I did weigh. I felt bigger & I was putting weight on. I was told to trust the process. That's it, no other helpful advice.

For the plan price:
*Calories & macros provided, if you question these you're told to trust the process.
*weekly emails with videos which come in sporadically & some info is out of date & some people in the videos are not even with the team anymore.
*access to the academy on Facebook which is all the members of the plan asking & responding to questions, nothing which couldn't be set up for free. If they think your comment is questioning the plan, you're either chastised or it doesn't even make it onto the academy page!

I don't understand what I paid for. I'm left out of pocket & for what, to be left with the same weight as i began with & week of being chastised like a child!!!

I paid the £31.50 a month, that was £25 but the admin costs spread over too instead of paying it initially. The plan has now risen to £49 a MONTH & nothing has changed! In fact the face of it, Dan wheeler, he seems to have disappeared!

Avoid at all costs. I have email receipts that I was a member, this isn't a fake review.

This is an expensive con

This is an expensive con
This is an expensive con, you are made to believe through his various social media platforms that this 80/20 plan is ‘his’ idea and he is quite pushy for people to subscribe. However before subscribing please take a look at many other PT’s / ‘ Nutrionalists’ and they are all giving free advice on the 80/20 method and advice to improve your relationship with food for FREE !!
Highly unprofessional slating all other diets / plans even though the 80/20 lifestyle plan in principle is no different from any others and other people do find success using other methods.
Feel that he is a great risk for vulnerable people to be conned by him pulling them away from other more affordable plans that were working but they believe they are bad because he said so.

Don't do it, please! I'M BEGGING YOU!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS AS POSSIBLE!!!

UPDATE - DW, I WILL NOT be providing you with any of my details. I don't need your abuse, I've been in an abusive and toxic relationship already.

Initially I was excited to join the 80/20 plan. I had seen lots of DW’s TikTok videos and was drawn in by what seemed to be an educated PT. I took the plunge in March and joined the plan. Within a few hours I had my calories and a whole lot of emails with lots of info to read. I absorbed it all, even bought the recipe books and DW’s book and was excited to start changing my life around and live healthier.

I submitted my start measurements and dreaded photos.

I joined in on the live videos and a few of the step classes once introduced on top of the 10k steps I was doing and additional gym exercising.

Every week for the full 16 weeks I submitted my measurements and completed the mindset exercises set out on the weekly emails. For weeks and weeks my measurements did not change, I got zero feedback from the team which makes me think these were just discarded or ignored. Why bother sending measurements if we are not going to get feedback on these? The only support you get is through the Facebook ‘academy’ which is just other clients asking in the group. But don’t you dare post anything negative – your comment will be blocked, and you will be banned even though you are still a paying client.

I watched the videos, some repeats of other weeks, and stayed on track with what DW was telling me to do. During my 16 weeks I lost just 1cm! My weight went up and I felt worse than I did before I started the plan. I requested my money back, as per his 100% money back guarantee. I was asked to submit my measurements (which they already had) and photos (which they already had) and a screenshot on my MyFitnessPal app. I did all this only to be told that I lost cm’s (yes 1) so therefore the plan worked, and I was not entitled to me money back.

When I first started the plan DW had these grand ideas that he was going to grow his business so he could fund all school meals for every child in the UK, yet he goes on his TT lives and calls people foul names – I’m sorry but I wouldn’t want him anywhere near any child.

His lives quickly became a joke and consisted mainly of him and his ‘crew’ carrying on like a bunch of clowns. I don’t need to know how many marshmallows you can shove in your mouth. That’s not what I was paying for. I remember sometime towards the end of March maybe the beginning of April he did a live where he was sat in a beer garden having a meltdown – as a paying client I don’t want to see your personal issues when you are supposed to be helping me with mine.

I have since found out that DW is not registered with CIMSPA. When people have asked to see his ‘qualifications’ he blocks and deletes – why so cagey about proving you can actually give out the advice you do?

The ‘plan’ wasn’t worth the £25 p/m I paid and it sure as hell won’t be worth the new £49 p/m. The 100% price increase comes after he berated another company for increasing their program by 25%.

I would stay far away from this ‘plan’ as possible. You would be better off doing your own Google searches and have a consultation with a trained medical practitioner.

I’m now with another PT who genuinely knows what they are talking about. And will answer any and all questions, including showing proof of their qualifications.

Whilst you might say this review is about DW himself, he is the face of 80/20 so what he does reflects on the company.

PS - I will NOT provide my proof of purchase to DW or any member of his team, but will gladly send to Trustpilot if required.

Don't waste your money or your mental health

This programme exploded onto social media early this year and looked worth a punt. I fully engaged with the programme. It didn’t work for me for a number of reasons.

Mr Wheeler is an expert, or so he tells us, in many things: physical training, health, nutrition, sleep, mental health including depression, binging and eating disorders (he had one of those after 2 hours of Slimming World), women’s health (hormones, menopause, PCOS etc - even my specialist GP doesn’t know as much as he does) and now, it seems, COVID prophylaxis. All this for a certificate he bought on Groupon (according to his ‘book’). He frequently refers to ‘scientific evidence’ that backs up whatever is today’s claim but is never able to actually quote or point us to any of this evidence, unless it’s a really old, disputed, non-peer-reviewed undergrad essay that probably got the poor student a 3rd. His ‘facts’ are often read out from a script (or Google?).

I do not believe the plan to be ‘bespoke’. Every element of it can be found elsewhere, for free, and at much better quality, such as the online calorie calculator that I am convinced he uses, the plethora of Facebook groups in which other members will give you support, and quality exercise programmes on YouTube (rather than the ones filmed in someone’s living room with enough flashing lights to induce a fit). He’s peddling his wares on various social media sites so often every day that you don’t even need the ‘lives’ in the ‘Academy’ if you want to get your fix.

You are asked to submit a vast array of measurements and photos, if you dare, each week for the 16 weeks. They freely admit that no one looks at these, there is no scrutiny, no feedback and little adaption unless you really kick off (by email of course, because you’re not allowed to say anything about the ‘process’ not working in the ‘Academy’). I am convinced the only reason they collect these measurements is so, when you ask for the elusive refund under the dodgy money back guarantee, they can finally get round to looking at the spreadsheet to find you lost 1cm in 4 months, and therefore proving that the ‘process’ works.

Mr Wheeler has been very open about how he has zero interest in engaging with his customers and, instead, leaves the paying community of customers in the ‘Academy’ to answer each other’s questions. But if you dare ask a question that is challenging or doesn’t fit with his narrative then it either doesn’t get through the moderators onto the site or gets deleted and you get blocked. Thus, anyone who is struggling is left to struggle alone. And you are expected to keep paying anyway. You are labelled a ‘trolly c***’ and may expect to be named and shamed for your indiscretion. Don’t be fooled by the whole ‘I only block people who are nasty to me’, it’s just not true. You can email for help but expect to be invited to ‘trust the process’ or upgrade to £99 per month.

The primary aim of the ‘lives’ appears to be to feed Mr Wheeler’s not inconsiderable ego or to complain about the ‘trolly c****s’. Unfortunately, he often does this drunk or high on drugs, which he openly consumes during the ‘lives’. Consequently, he is easily distracted. I’m no prude, but there is only so much ego-flexing, misogyny, sexual innuendo and foul language that a person can take. All of this is streamed from his girlfriend’s back garden/kitchen/garage, while she and a couple of his mates continuously hit the like button (I’ve learned that this is to give his account more ‘clout’).

Lastly, there are the broken promises and dodgy dealings. Mr Wheeler does have a bit of a habit of telling his followers about his next big idea when it is clear he’s the only one in the garage that knows anything about it. Considerable back-peddling then ensues. I give you £5 memberships when you've finished the 16-weeks, replacement of the old outdated videos, new podcasts (we won’t even mention the, frankly disturbing, ‘Dan is Dead’ debacle - he had to apologise for that one, it lost him a lot of business. Why did no one around him tell him?). TV advertising, investment opportunities, a visit from the team if you sign up in the next 5 minutes! Asking his fans to manipulate the Tiktok algorithm and post fake positive reviews on Trust Pilot. Let's not forget the Ann Summers party where, for £20, he'd tell you how to have better s£x (AS weren't too happy about that one).

Apparently, we’re getting too much bang for our buck at the moment and are not paying enough. Or is it that the people paying £25 aren’t committed enough and you should prove your commitment by paying double? I’ve heard him say both. So, the price for new members has just doubled.

It is Mr Wheeler’s MO to dispute any negative reviews with TP. So, for the record, these are my own opinions based on my experience as a customer and, yes, I can provide evidence.

Hi thank you for your feed back.
We are taking note of your point of not responding to the measurements and am making that change.
The content is being filmed as we speak, new educational(which is backed by scientific evidence, and qualified nutritional coaches) content will be on the site soon.
Price change are due to the changes in the plan, all the extras that have been added to the plan this has a cost to us and then unfortunately that transfers to the, customer this is standard for any business.
Thank you for your belief, how ever is not a true opinion of the plan and purely based on a hate campaign that has been going on on Trust Pilot.
we would like to discuss your belief's, our door is always open.

I recently came across The 8020 plan…

I recently came across The 8020 plan online and it was offering a 7 day free trial, as I’m not a young man I thought this was ideal as I was concerned the plan may be too complicated for me.

I applied for the trial and my order was accepted and I was immediately sent some start up emails, one of them with a link to join the Academy. My daughter helped me create a Facebook account and I answered the question and applied. When my request wasn’t answered I emailed and got no reply so my daughter suggested I follow one of Dan’s lives and ask him, which I did.

He told me that the trial didn’t exist and I said I’d applied on the website the day before so it did exist. He said that was impossible as it had been taken down ten days previously! I said I had definitely applied online and he was very brusque and told me to stop looking for the negative, which was a bizarre thing to say, I was just looking for clarity. He offered me a discount to join, but after the way he spoke to me I wasn’t interested.

Annoyed at his implication that I was lying I emailed again and finally a lady called Gill replied and said that the trial didn’t exist anymore and I could have a copy of Dan’s book for free as compensation, I still haven’t received it. I said that this was all very unprofessional and I wasn’t impressed.

The irony is that the Trial that doesn’t exist and I was lying about applying for is still sending me daily emails asking me if I’m enjoying the trial plan and finding the Academy useful? I just had Day 6 yesterday.

You couldn’t make up this kind of inefficiency and I certainly won’t be giving them my pension money as I would expect a company charging this amount to know what’s going on within their business and to be more professionally run .

I’ve left it at two stars as some of the info was interesting and Gill seemed nice, just stuck between a rock and a hard place. Dan, on the other hand, was brusque and dismissive.

One star is one too many

One star is one too many.
I joined the 8020 plan and saw red flags straight away, the constant use of the C word, openly being high on lives etc.
I paid for my first month, did all the boring videos and started to chat on the Facebook group. Until I asked a question that I was concerned about, if Dan wheeler is qualified. Then I was instantly banished and blocked.
I am expected to keep paying for this whilst having no access to the product I am paying for, for politely asking a question!

Luckily I removed my bank details so I am not wasting my money on nothing.
I feel like I’m a bad person for asking a genuine question to someone who I am paying for a service.

THE PLAN DOESN'T WORK!

There are a lot of reviews on here about Dan, and whilst he is the main face of the plan, and the main problem with the plan, I wanted to leave a review about the plan itself.

IT DOESN'T WORK!

I'm very big and needed to loose a lot of weight/fat/whatever term you want to use. On starting the plan, I received a calorie limit (although it's advertised as a target) that was probably higher than I was on previously. But I went with it. You know, "Trust the process" and all that. I also made sure to stay above the steps target.

After 5 weeks of gaining weight (we're not allowed to mention that though as he demonises the scales) and centimetres each week, I reached out to Daniel to ask for help. Nothing came of this... I guess I didn't have a big enough social media following as other people (apparently on the same plan as me) who document everything on TikTok get daily check ins and visits. I couldn't even get a single email.

As the daily/weekly plan emails started to be used for clickbait promotions for his pre-written sitcom podcast in order to try and make Dan famous (to which I didn't agree to receive) I unsubscribed from all emails after about week 8.

The plan is all about 80/20. 80% nutritious, 20% what-you-want. Which is all well and good, and has been around in the nutrition world for many years. Dan didn't invent it. However, Dan's plan falls apart when he suggests that nearly all foods fall within the 80% bracket. Chocolate and crisps are nutritious apparently. Going by that logic, you could live on 80% chocolate and crisps, and 20% Haribo, and be "on plan"...

My experience

I joined In April 21, then quickly found out I was pregnant and asked to cancel my membership. I did not ask for a refund as it was no fault of 8020 and I had only paid for the first month with a reduced sign up fee. There were no issues with them allowing me to cancel. However I also purchased the ebook that I could access via my account online… this account was a free account that I set up in order to buy the book and then later bought the plan through it. They say they don’t block emails but my account no longer accepts my email address and says it can’t be found, so I can no longer access the ebook I paid for. I have also been blocked on TikTok for a genuine comment that Dan also interacted with me on a Facebook live about. All the negative reviews of this company are genuine and there is multiple pieces of evidence available of this out in social media. When 8020 made a big entrance this year it seemed like a brilliant plan with great help and brilliant people… 6 months later it couldn’t be further from the truth. They company draws you in by slating other diet companies, based on their opinion. Please please stay away from this company.
**Update** it is now 16:01 and I have NOT received any email. No spam or junk either. Your mention of threats is absolutely disgusting.. I have never in my life made a threat against anyone. I have screenshots of all emails and comments I have made so I 100% do have proof. Please provide me with your evidence of my ‘threats’. My review is not 1 sided.. I am not a troll… I have evidence that I am more than happy to provide to back up my review… I very much doubt Dan Wheeler can say the same.
Just because you can drive a car without a licence doesn’t me you are allowed to. Same goes for the advice Dan Wheeler gives out. If I was pulled over and asked to provide my driving licence to prove I could drive I would… why argue or fight the issue if you have the evidence. Why doesn’t Dan show the ‘qualifications’ to give out the advice he does?! Why fight it if you have the evidence?? Speaks volumes.

Outstanding plan

The best plan I’ve come across. The support is absolutely amazing, the lives are fun and informative and interacting with others from the academy is great. The weekly chapters you get are absolutely priceless without this plan I wouldn’t have lost 207cms of fat in 16 weeks. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you 80/20

Great plan.

Ok. I just joined and I am finding the lives and customer service useful. I get there could be elements that could be streamlined but it’s still a small business and given the time I fully believe they will have any minor little issues sorted. Now about the plan. I didn’t really want help with mind set or working out advise. I wanted the food advise. However I have found that the lessons on triggers and mindset very useful. I have also found out a lot of info on the benefits on walking instead of just doing cardio. I personally think anyone that’s struggling would benefit using this plan.
Only thing I would changes is either have a web/app that gives you weekly breakdowns rather then email. But it does work.

I was a member of the 80/20 plan and…

I was a member of the 80/20 plan and completed the 16 weeks course. When I first started Dan was in his lives asking people to come onto Trust Pilot to give 5 star reviews which I did at the time but since find him not helping people, I have seen some very upset people who wanted help and were vilified on his lives for taking to social media. I feel it’s a shame that people ask for help and get blocked for doing exactly as he asks…”if you need help, reach out to us” it’s not a 2 way street at all….just one way….Dan’s way!
I guess the last straw for me was part way through the course his helpful lives turned to him and his mates just having a laugh. I soon realised that weekly course that was sent out was several years old and the people in the videos no longer work for Dan Wheeler.
Whilst I didn’t ask for my money back I know several people who did and were refused. Shameful customer service!!!

Hi Amanda

Thanks for the comment, its great that you completed the 16 weeks course and originally found it worthy of a great review. thank you for acknowledging that others took to social media first before we responded, sadly we can not help those who attack us, our business but most importantly our clients as we need to protect those who need it the most.

Whilst I haven't signed up to the lifestyle plan, I did instruct Dan for coaching services.
I can talk about his character and approach to me as a client, and its top notch. He genuinely cared about how I was doing outside of nutrition and coaching services especially especially I was having a bad time at work. I'm just sorry that I couldn't carry on when I lost my job due to covid.

Cheers mate, keep going!

Having given up hope!!

Having done weight watchers, slimming world, 123, noom, diet chef, slim fast plus many many more and then hitting rock bottom and wanting to run from my life I finally got on board with the 80/20 plan and oh my!! Changed my eating habits, how I look at food and my mindset. I've lost 2 stone and 30 centimetres across my body and I keep continuing with the mindset I've learnt from the plan. Brilliant!!!!

A complete life changer for me

A complete life changer for me! I'd been struggling with my weight for over 20 years, joining and rejoining slimming clubs and doing fad diets. The 8020lifestyleplan has put me back in charge of my life. The coaches are so supportive and have taught me how to overcome emotional eating. I've been following the plan for over 6 months now, lost over 130cm and can honestly say my habits have changed forever.
