Came in to drop the car off to fix a fault. Had to wait 25 mins before someone came out of the office to see my partner to get the keys. Had agreed to meet with someone afterwards on collection of my car to discuss changing my car. Waited again for about 15mins no one showed, so we left. The stars are for the fact the fault got fixed on the car. But the customer service was lacking.

Excellent every time
As usual the people at Sytner are excellent I have recently ordered a new car and it had been a pleasure to deal with them. I am kept informed of the progress of the car and the attention to detail is second to none they could not be more helpful. I recently purchased a new BMW X5 from BMW Sheffield, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. I was looked after by Richard throughout the journey, and I cannot praise him highly enough.
