Disappointed
Disappointed I have been a loyal customer for a long time.The car went through the M O T but then told it was recommended to replace front discs and pad and back pads only. I was quoted over £1100 after doing some research I found for my car to have both front and back with both discs and pads replaced should be between £760-£920.To make things worse pads should last about 25000 -30000 and discs 50000-70000. My hasn’t done £18000 yet, so I can’t understand this.

Beware of incorrect price quote
On arriving in the service area I was greeted professionally and shown to my seat. The waiting area as always was a comfortable place to sit and I was offered a drink whilst I waited.
When a BMW colleague arrived to discuss the service she advised it was almost £700. This was a surprise to me, in MyBMW App it advised the service due was the engine oil service with micro filter @ £286.96. I was advised that the air filter and fuel filter was also required plus the service vehicle check. I asked for a breakdown of each element of the price quoted but this information didn’t seem to be to hand. I opened MyBMW App to discuss further. On the App the cost for the service including air & oil filter was, and still is shown as £475.48 plus £90 for service check, just less than £600 and not £700 as advised on arrival. We both viewed the App together and I was then advised BMW have increased their prices, if this is the case the App still doesn’t reflect this (22/01/2026). Given the circumstances she agreed to do the service at the App price, c£600, which I appreciated. Even so, this was double what I was expecting based on the original BMW advice on the App.
BMW service team also failed to send through the video evidence of the service

I recently purchased a BMW X7 M50i from Sytner BMW Sheffield and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jordan provided an exceptional level of service. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained every detail of the car’s specification clearly, and guided me through the entire sales process with professionalism and genuine care.
After collection, I noticed a couple of small presentation issues, which Jordan addressed quickly and efficiently. He also reassured me that the minor fault with a window would be sorted without any hassle — and kept to his word. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and committed to customer satisfaction.
All in all, my experience with BMW Sheffield has been excellent, thanks largely to Jordan’s help. I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering a purchase — he truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right.

5 star service
Had a problem with the car that was worrying but the team at BMW diagnosed the issue, assured me it was not dangerous and scheduled a repair 2 weeks later. The price was excellent and the service second to none! Safi looked after me throughout and explained everything thoroughly. She was fabulous and a credit to BMW. A visit to BMW is always a delight and I’ve never been treated with anything but respect. Problem is all the shiny new cars tempting me to buy a new one but I managed to resist…… 😊
