Very good experience at Wilmslow. Michelle excellent, great communication, very efficient. Very strong contrast to Porsche Stockport whose sales and service are both very sub-par.

I’ve recently purchased a Porsche Taycan and wasn’t sure about the colour of my wheels being two colours. I’ve taken it back to have the wheels sprayed one colour and Ryan sorted it for us, without any trouble and quickly.

My car was damaged whilst in the Wilmslow dealership, the dealership don't deny this fact. I was told that the warranty work it originally went in for was completed and the car was handed back. I then found out that the warranty work was never even undertaken, this was confirmed by the dealership. I asked Porsche UK to allow the damage repair work to my car to be undertaken by another dealership and have Porsche Wilmslow meet the costs (£282.98) and Wilmslow politely refused. I am very disappointed with Porsche from an ethical / quality and honesty perspective, the idea of owning a Porsche holds little satisfaction to me after these experiences.

Exemplary service from Chloe & Alan as ever, really pleasant experience dealing with Porsche Wilmslow service department.

Inadequate communications from the service department.
Poor explanations of health check findings.
Promised 3 days’ turn around, ended up being in the dealership 13 days’.
£240 a hour labour costs!

Quicker than expected, great advice and dealt with a load of the admin hassle.

Four tyres replaced at a competitive price. Job completed on time. Great customer care. Hoping that disappointing previous visit for a service in January 2024 was a one-off.

As a new customer I was amazed. As soon as I walked into the showroom. The showroom is immaculate. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I was looked after by a gentleman called Louis. Who looked after me from start to finish. I honestly couldn't have aske for a better service.

great customer contact, updated me as and when required, the problem with missing service parts was rectified the next day. a courtesy car was provided free of charge which was acceptable.

Purchased parts for my vehicle from Porsche Wilmslow and Davey and Josh were most helpful as usual. Nothing too much trouble and I would highly recommend.

Recently bought a Targa from this centre. There was a bit of a hiccup upon pick up and delivery which in all honesty I was pretty disappointed with (had it delivered by covered trailer). But once made aware of these issues Samuel and Ryan truly went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Problems happen, how a dealership responds to them is a true sign of good management and these guys delivered. JW
