Whilst their customer service is on point, they are a bunch of scammers when it comes to finance. I bought a car over 2 years ago and was looking at options as to how much was left/ Voluntary termination. I did pay around £800 deposit which yes I know isn’t a huge amount however when getting a settlement it’s for the amount the car was at first purchase over 2 years ago…. 2 years of payments simply to pay their ridiculous charges is absolutely wild to me. And to still have such a big amount left over before VT is a disgrace. Can only blame myself as I should have checked and would have seen the FOS have upheld so many complaints against this awful awful company.
