Being from sa myself i find this difficult to understand because you would think and hope you'd be treated slightly better by your own people.
The staff are rude very aggressive sales staff and boy help you if you miss payment by 5 minutes. You'll be threatened and called every hour of the day.
Now when I make a complaint and furnish them with all details required to resolve my complaint they simply ignore you and claim to not have received any emails or complaints from me. Yet I have evidence to show they have read my emails and complaint.
So you ignore your customers and then go that extra mile to also lie to your customers.
When I first took out the car finance agreement I repeatedly told the sales team in wanted to keep my monthly costs for the vehicle to near £150-170 but they were so aggressive and pushed me to pay £190.
Im now trying to recoup that extra payments by seeing if I am owed high interest car finance payment but they don't respond to any of my emails.
Choose another finance company people that are more professional and listen to your needs.
For the owners of this horrific company I suggest you invest in more training for your staff because none of them are customer orientated at all.

Quick and versy easy application -approved located and secured a new car within two days - really good experience
Excellent service quick response and payment to the car dealership
Rude and bad mannered south African agent's. Who hang up the phone. Cut you off while speaking and are quite honestly very difficult to understand. Missed a payment and we are trying to set up a payment plan - have spoken to about 5 different agent's who just pay now. Pay now. Pay us now! Stear clear! Wish we could afford to pay the car off but unfortunately can't!

Absolutely diabolical service...Car was bought from a dealership within 2 weeks of purchase there was an issue with the clutch went onto BMW for a diagnostic check it was revealed that the issue had been preswnt at time of purchase and that the computer had been cleared by the dealership contacted money barn as they are the finance company I used I did everything they told me to do returned the car to the dealer twice at my own expense they had it for over 2 weeks with no repairs being done, contacted money barn again and collected the car again money barn were less than helpful siding with the dealers saying I had refused repairs and not given them adequate time to get the repair done by the dealers,Contacted Citizen advice have opened a case against money barn with them and also the ombudsman money barn have now contacted me to say they are collecting the car and I am responsible for.payments on a vehicle that was sold not fit for purpose..I would stri.gly advise anyone from using this fiance company they do not adhere to the FCS code of conduct for lenders are unetheical bordering preying on the most needy of today's society
