A thorough job done, with excellent report
Very pleased with the thoroughness of the survey performed by George. He went above and beyond, by providing a floor plan on my request. Unfortunately there was no avenue to reduce our rateable value on this occasion but they offer a no-win, no-fee service. I will certainly consider them for other premises.

Straight forward, simple and practically effortless
The whole procedure was explained in straight forward terms during a short meeting with Jack. I was then contacted by Sylvester who was on hand to guide me through on-boarding which was straight forward enough but reassuring help was just a call away. Henry then came out to survey and all within a matter of a week I had the results. Would definitely recommend

RVA Approached us with a view to checking our business rates to possibly gain a reduction. The whole process was dealt with efficiently & although they cannot help us with rates reduction at this time, we would recommend them

Buisness rates
RVA Surveyoys have excelled themselves on multiple occasions for my buisness.
I cannot thank Anthony, Kirsty & the rest of the team for taking away a lot of stress from myself. Nothing is too much trouble for RVA. I approached them again a couple of weeks ago with a tricky problem. I didn’t hear a thing until it was resolved.

I can’t fault the service by RVA
I can’t fault the service by RVA. They were true to their T&C’s and they operate on a no win no fee basis. Unfortunately I didn’t get a rates reduction, but I’m confident they will keep me updated if things change. Very little pre work required on my part and very good communication throughout. Would highly recommend
