Good surveyor on site
The surveyor came out to survey our property and was very good, they felt very positive we would get a reduction, unfortunately the next communication we had was that there was to be no reduction, felt very disappointed.

Highly recommend trying RVA
Despite not being able to secure a discount for us, I would highly recommend RVA surveyors. They operate on no-win, no-fee basis so there's nothing to lose. Professional service, great communication, very efficient.

Im afraid that they keep quiet about the refunds they receive from your council when they create a direct link with them. They keep this hush-hush. Be careful you do not allow them full access.
Also, RVA Surveyors were dissolved company in Sept 2024. Do not trust them.

Very honest from the beginning they did advise me…
From the beginning they did advise me they may or may not be able to get a rebate on my property and would not apply to the council if they think it is correct. They visited and checked and advised me my rates were correct.
It did not cost me anything. All in all they were true to their word without any issues.
