You are in safe hands
RVA Surveyors conducted a thorough investigation and analysis of the Non-Domestic Rates liability for our premises. Whilst doing so their communication was very polite and efficient in a very helpful and professional manner. Their work then enabled us to make an informed decision regarding our future NDR charges.

Communication was really clear
Communication was really clear, concise and helpful, leading me through the various processes that were needed. It's just a shame there was not a benefit to gain, but given the ease of process, and the small amount of time needed from me, that didn't feel like a great loss of time or effort for no return.
