Good Service
Albeit we didn't, on this occasion, qualify for any kind of refund I would recommend their services to go through the process. They did exactly what they said they would do. Everyone within the organisation were polite, informative and a pleasure to deal with.

The RVA team were honest and helpful and made everything easy to understand. Although we did not save any money through the work we did with RVA we were happy to know that we are paying the correct rates and without them checking we wouldn't have known if there was a saving to be had.

Unfortunately not all properties can receive a reduction. And it looks like your property is correctly rated.
As you are in a no reduction no fee agreement with us, there is no cost for the services. We will continue to monitor your account for any further reductions in the future.
